| Rozeth, a 26 year old woman who started working for SRP when she was 11, and I spent a morning traveling through her commune to tell her supporters that she has officially been announced as the 2nd Deputy Councilor of her commune. She ran as a candidate in the commune elections this year for the first time. She is one of 3 SRP (leading opposition party) representatives in her commune, joined by 8 CPP (ruling party) councilors. |
