I am happy to see real Cambodians now are united, and they should after reading Major Mark Smith's memoirs.
Whay can't they just send the letter to Ms. Clinton instead of this "Open letter"?

Hillary does not have times to read letters from infamous people, so open letter may have a chance.
If KMS sends directly to her, Hillary will never get it, because her thousand staffs will review and will throw away. Remember she a secretary of state, the most powerful woman on the planet.
Because, Chak Sakhon can't sent close letter, that's why she has only open letter.
