អ្នកគាំទ្រគណបក្សប្រឆាំងម្នាក់បានចោទប្រកាន់ មេឃុំមកពីគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាក្នុងខេត្តកណ្ដាលមួយរូបថាបានបដិសេធចុះហត្ថលេខាលើឯកសារកម្ចីប្រាក់ធនាគាររបស់អ្នកស្រី ដោយសារតែគាត់ជាសកម្មជន របស់គណបក្សសម រង្ស៊ី។
អ្នកស្រីមឿន សាវុន បានយកឯកសារសុំខ្ចីប្រាក់ពីធនាគារអេស៊ីលីដានូវទឹកប្រាក់ចំនួន ៤,០០០ដុល្លារអាមេរិកសម្រាប់ពង្រីកអាជីវកម្មផ្នែកដឹកជញ្ជូនទំនិញ។ ប៉ុន្តែលោកសន សឿន មេឃុំកំពង់ចំលង ស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្តាល បដិសេធចុះហត្ថលេខាលើឯកសាររបស់អ្នកស្រី។ លោកសន សឿន បានធ្វើជាមេឃុំនេះចំនួនដប់ឆ្នាំមកហើយ។ ហើយគាត់បានជាប់ឆ្នោតជាថ្មី ក្នុងការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើសក្រុមប្រឹក្សាឃុំសង្កាត់កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែមិថុនានេះ។
អ្នកស្រីមឿន សាវុន បានអះអាងថាអ្នកស្រីបានទៅជួបមេឃុំខាងលើចំនួនបួនដង ប៉ុន្តែមេឃុំដដែលនៅតែមិនព្រមផ្តល់ហត្ថលេខា។
«ខ្ញុំខ្វះខាតលុយកាក់ធ្វើដើមទុន ដូច្នេះខ្ញុំខ្ចីលុយធនាគារអេស៊ីលីដា។ គេឲ្យខ្ញុំហើយតែដល់ពេលយកក្រដាសឲ្យគេចុះហត្ថលេខា លោកមេឃុំសន សឿន មិនព្រមចុះហត្ថលេខា គាត់ថា ខ្ញុំហ្នឹងមិនជឿជាក់លើគាត់។ ខ្ញុំសួរថា ម៉េចថា ខ្ញុំមិនជឿជាក់គាត់ថា មិនបាច់សួរទេ គាត់មិនចុះហត្ថលេខាឲ្យទេ។ ខ្ញុំយកឯកសារទៅឲ្យគាត់ចុះហត្ថលេខាចំនួនបួនដង។ ខ្ញុំបានប្រាប់គាត់ថាឲ្យចុះហត្ថលេខាឲ្យខ្ញុំបន្តិចមកខ្ញុំប្រញ៉ាប់រកស៊ី គាត់មិនព្រមហើយគាត់ថា ទៅប្តឹងដល់ណាទៅៗ។ គាត់ថាខ្ញុំមិនជឿជាក់ហ្នឹងបានន័យថា ខ្ញុំជាគណបក្សសម រង្ស៊ី។ ប្អូនខ្ញុំគណបក្សសម រង្ស៊ី ហើយគ្រួសារខ្ញុំបោះឆ្នោតឲ្យគណបក្សសម រង្ស៊ី»។
ការខ្ចីបុលពីធនាគារនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាតម្រូវឲ្យភាគីអ្នកសុំខ្ចីមានអចលនវត្ថុដាក់ដម្កល់ហើយក្រុមអ្នកតាមដានវាយតម្លៃរបស់ធនាគារនោះនឹងចុះសិក្សាផ្ទាល់លើវត្ថុបញ្ចាំនោះមុននឹងសម្រេចផ្តល់កម្ចី។ ឯកសារដម្កល់អចលនទ្រព្យនោះតម្រូវឲ្យមានការទទួលស្គាល់ពីភ្នាក់ងារអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានជាចាំបាច់។
ការបដិសេធចុះហត្ថលេខាលើឯកសារនោះ បានធ្វើឲ្យអ្នកស្រីមឿន សាវុន បញ្ឈប់ការខ្ចីសម្រាប់ពង្រីកមុខរបររបស់ខ្លួន។
«ដល់ពេលគេមិនចុះហត្ថលេខា ខ្ញុំឈប់ខ្ចី»។
លោកសន សឿន មេឃុំដែលជាប់ឆ្នោតជាលើកទីបី បានបដិសេធថាលោកមិនមានការរើសអើងផ្នែកនយោបាយណាមួយនោះទេ។
«ខ្ញុំមិននិយាយភាសាថា ខ្ញុំមិនជឿជាក់នោះទេ។ ខ្ញុំបដិសេធនោះដោយសារតែឈ្មោះនោះជំពាក់លុយគេច្រើនក្នុងឃុំអញ្ចឹងខ្ញុំមិនអាចចុះហត្ថលេខាបានទេ។ បើរត់ការឲ្យគេមិនបានពិបាកខ្ញុំដដែលខ្ញុំមិនទៅប្រកាន់នយោបាយអីទេ។ ឈ្មោះនេះខ្ញុំមិនដឹងថា ជាគណបក្សណាផងព្រោះគាត់មិនមែនជាសកម្មជន គាត់ជាប្រជាជនសុទ្ធសាធហ្នឹង»។
កញ្ញាប៊ុត ប៊ុនសីហា មន្ដ្រីផ្នែកការិយាល័យវិវាទរបស់ធនាគារ អេស៊ីលីដា មានប្រសាសន៍ថា ប្រសិនបើអតិថិជនមានបញ្ហាដូចខាងលើនេះ អាចមកជូនដំណឹងដល់ការិយាល័យកណ្តាលរបស់ធនាគារ។ មួយវិញទៀតរាល់បញ្ហាដែលកើតឡើងពាក់ព័ន្ធជាមួយនឹងអតិថិជនអ្នកខ្ចីប្រាក់នឹងត្រូវដោះសា្រយតាមផ្លូវតុលាការ រីឯអាជ្ញាធរនឹងមិនជាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធក្នុងការដោះស្រាយនោះទេ។
«តាមផ្លូវច្បាប់អាជ្ញាធរមានសិទ្ធិជួយសម្របសម្រួលតែមិនមានសិទ្ធិក្នុងការដោះស្រាយទេ។ ធនាគារយកការដោះស្រាយតាមនីតិវិធីច្បាប់គឺតុលាការ»។
យោងតាមលទ្ធផលឆ្នោតជាបណ្តោះអាសន្នរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោតបានឲ្យដឹងថា ក្នុងឃុំកំពង់ចំលង នៃខេត្តកណ្តាល គណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាទទួលបានសំឡេងគាំទ្រចំនួន១,៦៩៤សំឡេងតាមពីក្រោយដោយគណបក្សជំទាស់សម រង្ស៊ី ដែលទទួលបាន ៥១៦សំឡេង។ គណបក្សសិទ្ធិមនុស្សឈរនៅលំដាប់ទី៤ និងគណបក្សសញ្ជាតិកម្ពុជាស្ថិតក្នុងលំដាប់ទី៥៕

perhaps this is the opposition's karma i.e. what goes around comes around. you see, the opposition is focusing their election campaign solely on their outdated youn paranoia as if that's the only political on their ballot box. well, after a while, people stop buying that because it's not only so outdated and stone age and primitive like from another era of time, it show the opposition poor political agenda and their incompetent and ineffect ability to lead cambodia. so as a result, cambodian people, unlike those of the past generation are better educated and worldly educated as well are beginning to question this opposition's political agenda that focus only on using their youn paranoia is become old and unconvinceable, not only people can see that for themselves, people are sick and tired of this old political tactic of using youn paranoia to deceiving people like their predecessors did just that during the dark ages era. well, this is the 21st century and people are more advanced and more civilized than say during the dark ages era, you know. thus, the stupid, ignorant, incompetent oppositon party failed miserably to deceiving the new, younger, educated generation of khmer population. in other words, that old or outdated political tactic of using their youn paranoia failed to convince people which is a good sign of changes for a better future, really. god bless cambodia always.

You nhave no clue what you are talking about. As often the case, opposition supporters are discriminated against. CPP is the most discriminating political party in the country - you are with me or you are my enemy. Their philosophy of boxing non-CPP supporters as their enemies. Look athe case of Meas Peng, another commune counsillor from the SRP. Why shooting tghe heads of female workers got you to walk free, but helping the victims of the land evictions landed yuou in jail ?
CPPP's Cambodia - justice only reserved for the supporters and the cowed populations. Those whom darte to stand up against their primitive Pol Pot behgavior will be eliminated or shunned.
This is how they keep winning elections- fear and intimidation.
Civil war will happen if CPP won't win, Hun Sen said. Yet onlt him has the ability to send Khmer back to the bloodsheed, as happened in 1997 and 1993 when he lost by threatening to partition the country and bring the country to back to war. Since when a Khmer Rouge thirsty for power and money knows how to live in peace ?
