This message is about the unfair votes because of 1.5 milion names been missing.
Normally, in the west, everyone would have a membership card and would go straight directly to school ground of their suburb, and then straight to get their bullet paper containing pictures of their elected leaders whom they might want to elect e.g. pic1 Hun Sen-le an (name of rep)or pic2 SR- monie an, pic3 HR kem sokha-julie an etc. The commissioners/volunteer workers would hold a large book containing all of the voter's names from age 18 and over and who hold a khmer citizenship, ready to be ticked off from the book. at the end of the day the machine will tell who went to vote or not, for the not, there will be a fine of $70. But what the CPP did here,so far, is another dodgy things going on there. Nevertheless,it works according to their planned as usual...he said that he will rule until he turns 80, ring a bell, everyone? nevertheless the truth will always comes in the end, just wait and see how far.
The last commune election result is crystal clear and the “opposition parties” did not make significant progress compared with the previous suffrages. It is time to reckon lesson learned from this result. I voted twice for parliamentarian election and twice for commune election since I come back to the country in 2003, it is no good, at the end the CPP still harvested landslide result. Nevertheless slim hope may be comforting by the fact that the result of the June 3, 2012 commune election the PSR and HRP parties have harvested 1,800,000 vote casting representing 50 % of CPP vote. And yet, themes and events were favorable to attract vote during the campaign: illegal migration, lands grabbing from poor people, deforestation marked by the death of Chhut Vutthy, corruption of CCP cadres, social injustice and wretchedness of more than 70% of population... I am going straight to the following questions: Rainsy is still a leader with ability to mobilize militant around him? Party’s intellectuals, from Samoura to Son Chhay including Yim Sovann and others, were they always focusing on strategy and approach of the party’s policy? Mu Sockhuo effort by doing “door to door” visit was certainly praiseworthy, but without party’s support, this effort will be in vain. I do not have much lines to write in this KI Media forum for debate but henceforth put in mind that future victory is impossible if we do not change to apprehend other methodology. To Rainsy: remember Mitterrand, the rallying man, he finally obtained trust from all his political foes. If you have got to change the name of the party and then to rally Kem Sokha and other democrats, would this be worthwhile, no? Think to the next victory now, let’s go in pitched battle. They are harming you, Rainsy personally, you just ignore it, but they are harming every day wretched and helpless Cambodians, you can be not insensible; you should put down your personal pride first. I pledge to develop this idea on this platform again once the defeat shockwave of this communal election is out of my mind.

The total seats received by parties are more than seats allocated for vote in 2012.
Seats up for grab: 11,459 by NEC
Total seats won by parties: 11,561 by NEC??
The rest of Cambodia will be sold by those CPP commune chiefs.
Khmer be ready to move west.

I strongly support your analysis and unification trend.

Report by NEC:
CPP won with 3,638,290 against SRP with 169195 and HRP with 5,871288.
30% (=1091487 votes) of 3,638,290 comes from Viet, manipulation, buy and absences of 1.5 millions votes
Now SRP and HRP must be united.
