Comfrel report that 1.5 millions voters list was missing. That mean 1.5 millions voters from Oppositions parties were denied, plus those 1.5 millions votes could used to votes for cpp and Hun Thugs. At the time that nec declair over 9 millions voters were register but, Comfrel report that the actual voters registration was only over 8 milions these mean that nec is inflate voters list or ghost list that can be used to inflate cpp ballots. These were the trick that nec and cpp steal votes from opposition parties.
