I doubt.
So far only Sourn Serey Ratha has been able to
prosecute Hun Sen at the International Criminal Courts.
If he wins the case, he then becomes a Khmer Hero !

all of you should know Soun Serey Rotha he is working for Hun Sen Ok.
Can anyone list education backgrounds of these three (3 men shown in Photos), I will give readers my opinions.
Furthermore, in the case of Cambodia situation, the ruling party gave two villages to Vietnam and dismissed Paris Peace Ac. 1991, for the Hun Sen and his Comrades want to keep power for themselves, I don't know "international criminal law" says that the citizens of any nation can file a law suit against the leader of the country or not.
We all know that "international court" can only judge nation vs. nation.
I think it's laughable if the internal court would waste their precious time to look at the individual suing their leaders. It is internal affair, not nation vs. nation.
If "international court" accepts this case, it will not be called "international court" anymore.
The person who claimed to bring charge against Hun Sen who is PM of Cambodia is up for something, but that thing is not abiding the internal law, therefore, it will be thrown into the basket before the clerk would show to the high judges of the planet earth.
I am an outsiders, I don't mean to look down on them, but none of the three men in the photo look intelligent people or wise people at all.
They may be nationalists, but they aren't intelligent and aren't wise.
Yes, their education backgrounds will shed us a light of who they are and what they try to achieve in life.
It is the most important and crucial proofs if we know their backgrounds mainly their educations.
If they hold only a Bachelor Degree BA (Political science or Economy, History, Sociology, ..etc.) the reality they cannot find decent jobs, and most of them go back to Cambodia helping the existence of corruption bigger or they help to corrupt the community abroad through Buddhist temples.
Cambodian Buddhist temples harbor these kind of people, fake monks and fake nationalists. That is why the Buddhism is dead in Cambodia and in Cambodian community.

Hey 2:19AM, Mr.Soun Serey Ratha is a divider in your opinion but my opinion is he's really a new khmer Generation that is smart enough in politic that he could find the new strategy to convicted all the criminals and the traitors in Phnom Penh to the International criminal court (ICC) in Ho long which KPPM did a lawsuit against Hun SEN which is a goverment of Cambodia on the 22nd of June 2012. (5-22-12) Mr.Ratha does not work for (CPP) and (Vietcong).He is working hard for the cambodian citizen. Soun Sarei Ratha is Khmer divider along with Meach Sovannara, The Khmer Post Radio News. I Knew this two heads only have been in US about three-four years ago at about the same time. Perhaps, Hun Sen might sent them here as spy and as propagandist (Meach Sovannara) and divider (Soun Sarei Ratha).

A non profit or a political organisation within a country can bring criminal cases, if bearing
required merits to the International Criminal Courts.

Our common adversary is PM Hun Sen and his regime. Hence, anybody and/or organisation that attempt to prosecute Hun Sen should be encouraged, and praised.
If we have doughts about Sourn Ratha's claim, we should and can verify the Case filing with the International Criminal Courts.
