The visit is a part of the U.S. Speakers Series sponsored by the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of International Information Programs, it said.

From reading your comment, I can guess you are too far behind the wheel. I would not say you are dumb or stupid, but too far behind everything.

"James Andrew Wynn, Jr. is an American jurist, currently a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and formerly on both the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court. Nominmated by Bill Clinton and by Obama".

From this cold war between US versus China, and from the Vietnamese expansionism installing peasants to power, a lot of crimes and corruption, Cambodian economy is mostly feeding Vietnam army, AND A JUDICIAL SYSTEM IN CAMBODIA HAS FAILED FROM DAY ONE UNTIL TODAY.
The US has attempted to have a greta influence upon Cambodia, not only the judicial system but everything.

The judge is a son of white-black mixed, a good honorable man, rich with a beautiful wife and children. If his wife dies and he has to re-marry, definitely not the ugly flat nose low class Cambodians, but his own people Americans.

I don't mean to look down on your women or men, but you brought up negative remarks upon others so you deserve to be smashed on the face as well.
