Hun Sen feels threaten, paranoid and he tried to lock everyone up. Unlike in Vietnam and China, they adore educated people and love educated people to help in running their county. Viet and Chinese have sent 100 of thousand of students to learn from oversea and now they have population full of educated people in every corners of this universe. Hun Sen is way behind other international leaders. Hun needs to review himself before it is too late about how to become a good leader. that is not to be an aggressive leader but a leader with morality.

This topic is about pledging money to build the Buddhist Temple, it is not about the low class peasant Hun Sen. Cambodia is so poor and so is her people. Population is so little, and the 14 million today may be more than half are Viet invaders. Less population but Buddhist temples populated every corner, more monks from little kids to men in Cambodia and spreading to outside. It is a way to get out or get rich. In Cambodia Buddhist monks are majority Communists, killers, and rapist. Outside monks earn money and power, on man in Paris dressed himself as a Buddhist monk but he does witch craft, Ap-Tmub going asking for money from Sino-Khmers to pay his rent and to eat.
Buddhism is not practicing in Buddha's own country (Nepali), but foreigners like Khmners adopt it as to destroy it that is what we all see.
Lazy and stupid as we see. Nothing else but lay begging to feed the lazy people hiding themselves in the temples.

No, Buddhism is not Khmers' foundation. Our Khmers had no religions but we adopted Hindu then Buddhism from foreign country (Nepal) around 1200's about 800 years after abandoned Hindu. This Buddhism brought more sufferings to Cambodia since then. It caused people becoming lazy and the national security is collapsed. It is good to practice among families and communities, but is is bad, and the results are getting so bad as we have seen what has happened today.
We should abandon this weak religion and adopt a new and strong one.

No it is not true. Khmers' identity is not Buddhism alone. Most ancient temples are Hindu built by Hindu men. Khmers worshiping spirits (evils) demonic practicing, etc. Khmers only adopted foreign religions, so Khmers are free to worship whatever see fit. Why Buddhism is Khmer identity not Hindu?
I think lobbying the US to get rid this rising Buddhist temples from the Khmers is a goo idea.
Do not donate to build more temples, because the more you give the more evils you created.
To say Buddhism is a strong foundation against enemies is liar. Only Communists who use this Buddhism to jail Khmers' souls.
From the history: area of Champa, Cambodia, Laos, Siam, Malaysia, Indonesia (Java included), Philippines were mostly Hindu (Indian civilization). Later some countries were conquered and so they adopted another new religion.
We cannot be strong or have a strong nation when we are going far behind. Build and keep building too many temples and having too many monks more than the poor who starving to death is not strong it is an evil way to tempt more evils to cheat and to commit more deadly crimes.
Then Hindu Prince Gautama becoming Buddha after a countless incarnations. He said He found a way to end the sufferings and to go straight to heaven(Nirvana) means to stop re-birth through His Dharma. Million Hindu do the same as He did.
He said He was not the first Buddha nor the Last Buddha.
Is the soul of Buddha really in heaven "Nirvana" or elsewhere? How do we know Buddha really in heaven?

I have not found one God's nations (Christian nations) are so miserable like Cambodia.
Vietnamese are many becoming Christians and many Churches and many Priests/Nuns all over, and many Thais are too becoming Christians. What shock me the most is Chinese (in China) the Christians rise cannot be stopped even if the government try to jail or kill them.
