The officer was trying to clear the area and told them to leave, Ron Phana did not listened and shouted to the cop and was going to fight with the cop. Cambodia is not the only country that has human violation, hurting people as you guy stated, if you read the world news, you should see the other country worse than Cambodia. Am I clear to your guy?
