Welcome to the official Miss Cambodia 2013 website. It is my honor to represent Cambodia in the upcoming Queen of the Universe Pageant in January 2013. My desire is to bring Cambodia and the richness of our culture into greater public awareness, and I can not do this without your love and support.
For me this pageant is not an individual pursuit but rather the coalescing spirit of a community. I would not be able to represent Cambodia on my own, but together we can. This is why I wish you all to join me in this six-month journey. Through blog articles, photos, videos, and other pageant-related content, you will stay informed to all my developments. Also on this site, you will have the opportunity to sponsor me. Any amount is welcome.

No she is not ugly, but an average looking. Why she competed with Miss Universe? Because Hun Sen banned it. He claimed the country is poor. That makes sense. But Khmers outside Cambodia want to put Cambodia on the universe Map, and since no one started, she started first, so what?
As a Khmer-American I adore Khmers although I knew beforehand that she won't win, but she will have a great souvenir and experience in her life time.
The most beautiful women this day goes to India. Khmer woman named Tep Kennary was in second place of miss Universe. She was very beautiful. My grand Mom said that at that time many Khmers mixed French.
Indian women are dropped dead gorgeous. They have beautiful figures: eyes, long nose and mouth shape are perfect for human beings.
It is great we re-enter Miss Universe.
You guys don't understand. Phanith is a rally-point to all Khmers. We must provide her with moral support. Win or lose is irrelevant.

She is OK not ugly. Let her destiny leads her, we cannot decide or make judgment. It is too late to find another one.
There are many very beautiful Khmer girls in the US, France, and other nations, but like one said no one started to compete so she makes a road for them.
If you look at her photos in her website, none of her photo looks good. But this photo looks better than those photos. I don't understand why she posted those ugly photos in her website? Two ugly photos of her standing with a mini back skirt on and black high heel, and her body is OK even so short, but the face is ugly, and her photo standing with hands hold a bar on the ferry is also ugly that I agreed with.
Let her start making a way for the next generation.
Soben Huon is more prettier than this one a thousand times, still Soben Huon cannot capture Miss USA.
I'm not against her willingness to participate and represent Camdodia as Miss World pageant, but she should not do at this regime (Youn Hanoi puppet, Hun Sen). If someone works or deals with Hun Sen, we consider them as a Khmer traitor. Conscious Khmer won't work for Hun Sen. Only the corrupt and traitor work for Hun Sen.
It's about time to take down Hun Sen for good. He is Youn agent who destroys Khmer land and her people.

She's beautiful! And she's doing something positive for our community by putting Cambodians on the map. I don't understand why there are so many negative people here. Let her do her thing.
If you want someone else to compete--go find them and ask them to go for it. "Find a better Khmer woman" --are you for real? Who's going to find a woman that will suit your taste. Go find one yourself. Please. If she makes it into a pageant we'll support her too.
Also if you're going to make negative ignorant comments, don't post as "Anonymous." Have some guts to back up what you're saying publicly. Otherwise, you're just being a troll.
