PHNOM PEHN, Cambodia (AP) — The United States says it will provide five counties in Southeast Asia with $50 million over three years to assist them with health, education and environment programs.
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton announced the funding Friday in Cambodia.
Recipients of the aid are Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand and Myanmar.
Clinton is finishing up a week of diplomacy in Asia. She meets later Friday with Myanmar's president and will introduce him to U.S. business leaders.
Clinton will then travel on to Egypt and Israel.

leader first but she did not introduce US businessmen to him . She is going to meet
Myanma President and introduces him to US businessmen . Is everything in Cambodia taken over by China , nothing left for US ...

shut up and stop whining already, ok. i told you a long time ago, cambodia waits for no one, ok. so stop try to isolate and deprive cambodia of development, etc because, of course, cambodia will look else where as there are many fish in the seas, you know. now you see the result of the bias, prejudice and discrimination people had with cambodia in the past. however, it's never too late to rekindle with cambodia so you can catch up with china, etc, in terms of investments, development, etc in cambodia, really. so stop whining already, really. you get what you put forth forward, really. god bless my country always. of course, cambodia has changed, you expect cambodia to be in the dark ages era forever? shame on you and being ignorant, for being biased and being prejudice and discrimination toward cambodia. there are more to cambodia than you and i, really. stop ignoring and hurting and depriving cambodia again, ok! next time, you won't be able to catch up with lots of china investments and developments, etc in cambodia, ok! not too late yet, so come to cambodia now as we still welcome all type of investments from all over the world, really. and build more high skyscrapers, infrastructures and airport expansions, bridges, railways, hospitals and school in cambodia, ok! help train and educate all people in cambodia too, ok. god bless my country cambodia always. god love cambodia and so should the world, really.

Lon Nol got a 100+ million dollars loan from USA , now we have to pay back
about 1/2 billion dollars . Imagine ! Up to now we owe CHINA and others about
6 billion dollars , after 30+ years how much debt do our children and grandchildren
shall have to pay ? Yes ! We build many roads and highways with poor qualities
beside failing to protect them effectively from overloaded trucks , acid & chemical
spilled of trucks carrying clot rubber raisin everyday , we have to borrow more
Loan to repair the old infrastructures as well as building new ones . Our PM works
so hard , putting decree out , announcing on radio & TV, newspapers ,but his orders were not enforced effectively due to corruption or impunity . Plenty of fish
but they are not free or may be the bait has more value than the fish itself .
