Thach Ngoc Thach talked about the
"constitution of Cambodia".
The Khmer Krom people have the rights
to live in Cambodia like Khmer who
live in this country,but Hun Sen
did not accept Khmer Krom as Khmer
people.
So Thach Ngoc Thach said,"should
throw that laws in the toilet".
Hun Sen did not obey Khmer
constitution,but the laws come out
of his stinky mouth.
That what I've been waiting for my hold lifes to see KhmerKrom get free from Youn.
The constitution was setup after the western law, but we Khmer still live on the Cambodia life style.
Of course Khmer Krom are able to live and to work in Cambodia as the citizen of their mother country, but they have to follow law of the country, like most of us have done, after arrival in the western world.
In many cases, they need to have their real grassroots , their real ID to prevent from other illegal actions.
Advantage for Vietnam: The Vietnamese authority in Hanoi are very happy, to know that most of the Khmer Krom disappear from the Mekong Delta.
Disadvantage for us Khmer: The areas of the Mekong Delta country will overload of the Viet people and lost most of the Khmer population.
Other case is the manipulation of not using the right constitution. During the years 1979 to 82 of the refugee activities in the Camps in Thailand. A lot of non Indochinese people (Khmer, Viet and lao) had used the wrong Identification to get the legal immigration statute for a better life in the western world.
