Dear All Compatriots, Nationalists and Patriots,

Thank you all who love all long-lasting suffering Khmer Krom peoples by willingly and loving-kindestly signing the petition to the United Nations urging them to immediately decolonize Kampuchea Krom territory and to place it under the UN's control in order to create a free and fair political environment allowing our khmer Krom peoples to exercise their right to self-determination and independence in accordance with the international law and in pure conformity with the greatest wills and highest aspirations of the world's leaders to totally eradicate colonialism in all its forms and manifestations in the 21st century.

Again, on behalf of all suffering Khmer Krom peoples inside Kampuchea Krom, I would like to thank you all for your willingness and generosity for having signed the said Petition of life or death for them and for all Khmer race.

services and hard works to all Khmer people in general, Khmer race, Cambodia and Kampuchea Krom territory and Khmer Krom peoples in your respective area of expertise in the leadership position or in any position as you feel comfortable. Our National Movement for Kampuchea Krom Independence expressly calls on all Khmer people from all walks of life to serve the Movement in any capacity in order to move forward with great momentum our legitimate struggle to decolonize first the territory and then to establish a self-determination referendum or a popular consultation by the UN allowing all Khmer Krom people inside and outside Kampuchea Krom to freely exercise their right to self-determination and independence in accordance with the international law and in strict conformity with the greatest wills and highest aspirations of the world's leaders to totally eradicate colonialism in all its forms and manifestations in the whole world in the 21st century; in short to freely determine their future political status, which means to freely choose between Internal Self-Determination -- Free association with Vietnam, Integration with or into Vietnam, Federalism, Power-sharing and Autonomy -- and External Self-Determination -- Devolution or Independence(Separation from Vietnam).
