proud of what? should be an embarrassment. over 30 years after the Khmer Rouge and cambodia got shit to show for. I'm not blaming the athletes? no, no, the athletes are doing their best with the best they have. I'm blaming the leadership. the program is run by a bunch of idiots with no plan, no program, no capability. the program should start from the ground up, recruitment should come from all over the country, no more nepotism and corruption.
No more sending relatives to competition just for the travel instead of sending good athletes to compete.
