This is a fucken sad day for me if have a sister! Does Cambodia have missing person hotline?
The first thing I would do is to go to authorities just to have report on file! Try to retrace the step where she has been...then ask the family and relative members, friends, and acquaintance...The least the Cambodian authorities can do is to put up reward for information leading to her disappearance...
