khmer surin, etc, khmer language is easy to learn, just go back to school and relearn it, you will will surprise how quickly you can speak and read and write khmer language again, really! if you can learn thai or siem, then you can learn khmer, siem or thai borrowed their writing system and language heavily from khmer of cambodia. remember khmer was an empire and a great civilization once, so that's why you see strong influence and khmer legacy all across thailand and laos and in cambodia too of course, and khmer krom too, really! it is ok to know many languages wherever you live. don't be ashamed of being khmer because your ancestors were khmer, be proud of who you are, ok! and do come visit cambodia more, that's how you will pick up the khmer language again when you visit cambodia, ok! cambodia is now free and develop, so nothing is the same sad again in cambodia ok, come visit cambodia as there is nothing to be afraid of in cambodia, no curfew, no violence, no more KR, etc, ok. come see angkor wat, etc in cambodia, ok! god bless my country cambodia always.
Who is this Bunthan Eang? He is old, yet he is not calm and he is every emotional when he speaks. I know of his age status but he speaks to the audience as if the members are little children. He does not even outline the main topis that he will share with them. What a waste of time. He needs to stop screaming and bragging about his sorry useless so-called "master's degree" paper and stuff. He needs to first stop screaming and speaking in normal tone and starts to speak to the student audience as if they are competent people. He needs to stop TALKING DOWN to them. Enough of that sh*t already. In addition, he needs to make sure that the Cambodians or Khmer of Cambodia are not called "Khmer Krom". That is one f*cked up misconception big time. The Khmer Ler category is specifically refer to the remaining tribal people. The Khmer Kondal (Cambdians), the Khmer Krom (Southern Khmer), the Khmer Champasak/Attaeu and the Khmer Surin are called Northern Khmer.
