This is obversed that 3000 Cambodian volunteers students went to the borders of Cambodian and vietnamese.

It's a military tactic to intimidate the enemy with uniform, HUH?.
You must NOT be one of those military analyst that I saw on CNN.

Let me break it down for you. Since you lacked the experience in military combat.
For example:
I will equip my troops with military uniforms in a military-like fashion and march toward my enemy.
You will do the same except your troops wearing a mismatch/multi-color clothing that are not in uniformity and march your troops toward your enemy.
Now, tell me who's more intimidating?
You don't have to know what the hell you're doing as long as you and your troops are in uniformity, your enemy will be intimidated.
Military, police, and correctional officers are no different.
When did you ever see a riot police with BDU's untucked sent to disperse the crowd?
Here's a task for you. Go to work one day with a ties on and leave your shirt untuck and take notes how your co-worker reacts to you.
Oh, and this only work if you're an office worker.
