We Khmer knew so well what it means the Human Right about 1000 years before all other people on this planet. During that time all the Khmer people lived in peace with all freedom, while other people still killed and had wars again each other most every day.
Why we now have to addopt another humain right, that was late written by the Caucasian for Caucasian.
We should redopt our own humain right rule, that was wrtten up by our former great King the Jayavarman the VII.
Hun sen cpp already flushed Mr. Wutty case down the toilet. So if you want justice for Mr. Wutty you would have to pull Hun sen by his hair and tell him to go in the toilet to get the case back out. God bless you Mr. Wutty

It is about time put the Vietcong and AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave on trial to find real justice for Cambodian people!
