Corruption in classrooms , or elsewhere commited by teachers, are a reflection of bad authorities in the government. PM Hun Sen, the most powerful man in Cambodia can eradicate all corruptions, if he choses to. But the problem is Hun Sen himself is the SOURCE of corruptions. We need to remove him by votes and/or by other means !!!
