Much to recall as the period prior to the the coup d'etat 1970, my childhood memory and life experiences then were awfully sweet and memorable. I was a boy waiting to catch a glimpse of the former King as his helicopter passed over, descending onto the school ground in Takeo's Elementary School, my school in 1968, if my memory served me well. Years of the innocent child as I was full of life, friends and care free, just playful. There was peace and joys, freedom in all around me, my family, extended ones. That how I wanted to remember most about those wonderful years he reigned and ruled. He was my most admired King and I adored and worshiped him, one time or another. He is now forever in peace for eternity. He will always be missed and remembered in many ways that he managed to amaze his critics, his loving people, me included, regardless, during the course of our grown up years. This is my personal tribute to the King Father, Samdach Preach Norodom Sihanouk Varman. He will always be a part of me and my nation's history, no matter what.

What are the differences between King Norodom Sihanouk and PM Hun Sen?
Can anyone out there explain the diffrences between King Norodom Sihanouk and PM Hun Sen in detail? as we khmer young generation are so mess up very badly.

The difference between King Norodom Sihanouk and Hun Sen are:
-King Sihanouk was from aristocrat family, and Hun Sen was from a peasant poor family.
- King Sihanouk was educated and Hun XSen was not educated.
-King Sihanouk was wise and he spoke with class/dignity even if behind the door he was something else.
- Hun Sen was a tyrant, ruthless and he speaks with no class no dignity at all. He uses mostly barbarous languages (low class like a gangster languages). He is known as "Neak Leng low class". Bangkok Post.
- King Sihanouk had mercy toward his people, but Hun Sen has not. Hun Sen is knwon as a Psychopath who has diabolical mind.
- King Sihanouk won Preah Vihear against King Bhumibol. And the King sold no land to Yuon.
-Hun Sen sold Khmer land to Yuon to keep power. He closes his eyes while Yuon are all over Tonlesap. Hun Sen won but losing mor eland more trees more national treasure to Yuon. His power remains because 250000 Yuon troops hidden in Cambodia along the Border Thai_Khmer and Koh Kong, Hun Sen needs Yuon to protect him, that is why Khmer economy is in Yuon controls. Sok Kong, a Yuon who controls Angkor Wat. (Dan Nam News in Hanoi).

Is Mr. Pretty Ma closing his eyes accepting the approx. 2 millions of Khmer inhabitants's death as Sihanouk's misdeed when he is saying such things as "me included, regardless..." and "He will always be a part of me and my nation's history, no matter what."...???
I think Mr. Pretty Ma has some explaining to do since he is now holding an important spot in the CNRP...
