The new Cambodian National Rescue Party should spend more times with the Cambodian in Cambodia, because they will go to vote and not me or other Khmer live outside of Cambodia.
As supporters of the new party, most of us will not go to Cambodia just for the lection day. We sure will not able to vote from outside of the country. The infrastructure of our country are far behind the US. Event the European people live in some different places outside their own country still not able to vote for their home government.
The organizers bloody lazy.
