As on due date on 01 October 2012 Phnom Penh court announced verdict of criminal case No.???? that opened trial on 11-14 September 2012.
1-Mr.Mam Sonant is sentenced to 20 of imprisonment and 10 million riels of confinement
2-Mr.Kan Sovan or Chan Sovann is sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment
3-Mr.Touch Siem or Touch Rim is sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment
4-Mr.Phorn Sroeurn is sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment
7 defendants were released on bail
5-Mr. Hang Phal or Phoin Phal was on bail, is sentenced to 3 years with suspension
6-Mr.Heng Soeurn or Koeurn was on bail, is sentenced to 10 months with suspension
7-Mr. Mao Veasna was on bail, is sentenced to 2 years with suspension
8-Mr.Khat Saroeurn or Phat Saroeurn was on bail is sentenced to 4 years with suspension and
9-Mr.Ma Chhang was on bail, is sentenced to 5 years with suspension
10-Mr. Kong Vannak was on bail, is sentenced to 2 years with suspension
11-Mr. Saroeurn Rom was on bail, is sentenced to 1 years with suspension
One 3 ringleaders were remained at large
12-Mr. Bun Ratha was at large, is sentenced to 30 years of imprisonment and 10 million riels of confinement
13-Bun Chhorn was at large, is sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment and 8 million riels of confinement and
14-Mr. Sok Tong was at large, is sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment and 8 million riels of confinement

Most Viets and Chinese are sick and tired of R hun and his clan. They did all the bad things in their country and then let their people said it is the viets and chinese are behind his evils' actions. The Viets and Chinese leaders are having a good talk about this wicked leader and hoping good things can be done for the poor khmers. There are good and bad people in this world and therefore, the good ones are having a good talk about what is right and just for its neighbouring country like srok khmer. So, hold on tied brothers and sisters, I just recieved a message from Viets and Chinese's head quater about helping the khmer nation to move forward in an honest way. Hun sen and his clan will be doomed very soon! Justice is being done on earth and in heaven. Cheers to Viets and Chinese's good leaders. May you be prosper even more.
