Cambodia has been having peace since 1979 because the evil nation Vietnam allowed it in exchange for the mass influx of the Vietnamese into Cambodia.
This peace is like a rope that strangles Cambodia daily, get tighter and tighter as time goes by until Cambodia is dead.
In effect, once the number of the Vietnamese who are residing inside Cambodia reaches about the same level as Khmer people - maybe in 3 or 4 years - Vietnam does not need Hun Sen to stay in power anymore. Vietnam will replace him with a Vietnamese who has Khmer name and speak Khmer without any accent. And that apparently the end of Cambodia.
That's why this 2013 is the most crucial event in Khmer history.
After the election, if the Vietnam puppet Hun Sen wins again, it depends entirely on Khmer people to do something or accepting an election that overwhelmingly casts by the expansionist Vietnamese and fraud.
Our ancestors had sacrificed their life to save Cambodia for us. The most recent history, after March 18th 1970, our youths in the whole country were volunteered to join the army to fight that evil Vietcong. People called them “Tea Hean Ma Phey Buon Mong” because they did not have time to train and they sacrificed their life to save Cambodia.
Khmer people should emulate the courage of those 1970’s youths.

Why those idiots call the other political parties as opposition parties? The way they call others really seems to legitimize their party as the righteous one. In the US, the republican and democrat parties never call one another the "opposition" party.
