លោក ឈាង វុន ថ្លែងប្រាប់ភ្នំពេញ ប៉ុស្តិ៍ កាលពីម្សិលមិញថា លោកនឹងធ្វើការសុំទោស ជាសាធារណៈណាមួយ ក្នុងវេទិកាប្រជុំរដ្ឋសភានាពេលខាងមុខ ព្រោះពាក្យសំដី«ព្នង» នេះ ត្រូវបានលោកប្រើ ដៀមដាមស្តីឲ្យលោក កឹម សុខា ប្រធានគណបក្សសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ដែលធ្វើឥរិយាបថមិនល្អ ដូចពួក«ព្នង» ហើយលោកសុំដកពាក្យ «ព្នង» ចេញពីពាក្យសំដីរបស់លោក ដែលបានស្តី ឲ្យលោក កឹម សុខា ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំរដ្ឋសភា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ១៤ វិច្ឆិកា កន្លងទៅ។ លោកបន្តថា នៅពេលមានលិខិតពីប្រធានរដ្ឋសភាមកកាន់រូបលោកពីសមាគមយុវជនជន ជាតិដើមភាគតិច ឲ្យលោកធ្វើការសុំទោស លោកក៏បានស្រាវជ្រាវ និងរកឃើញថា មានជនជាតិព្នង ពិតប្រាកដមែន គឺមានប្រមាណជាង ៣ ម៉ឺន ៧ ពាន់នាក់ និងក្រៅពីនោះ មានជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចទំពួន ចារ៉ាយ គួយ ស្ទៀង គ្រឹង ព្រៅជាដើម។ល។ នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ យ៉ាងណាក្តី លោកនៅតែគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា អ្វីដែលលោកថ្លែងក្នុងរដ្ឋសភា គ្មានបំណងវាយប្រហារជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចព្នងឡើយ។ លោក ឈាង វុន បន្តថា ៖ «អ្វីដែលខ្ញុំនិយាយសំដៅដល់ ពាក្យច្រឡើសបើស ច្រឡោមខាម គ្មានអារ្យធម៌ ស្រែកអាឡេអាឡូ ទះតុ...នោះជាឥរិយាបថព្រៃផ្សៃ មិនសមរម្យ ជាអ្នកតំណាងរាស្ត្រ ហើយគ្មានអារ្យធម៌ដែរ។ ត្រង់នេះខ្ញុំសុំដកពាក្យ ដូចព្នង ចេញ»។ លោកបន្តថា ៖ «ភាសាតស៊ូមតិក្នុងរដ្ឋសភា គ្មានទោសទេ កុំឲ្យតែខ្ញុំទៅស្រែកឡូឡានៅខាងក្រៅ។ បើខ្ញុំនិយាយខុស ខ្ញុំទៅរដ្ឋសភាសុំទោសវិញ គឺចប់ហើយ»។
លោកឈាង វុន បានបន្តទៀតថា៖ «ខ្ញុំសូមអភ័យទោស ដល់ពួកគាត់។ ជាការខ្វះការយល់ដឹងរបស់ខ្ញុំ ក្នុងការស្រាវជ្រាវឯកសារព័ត៌មាន ជនជាតិព្នង ដែលជាជនជាតិភាគតិច»។ យ៉ាងណាក្តី លោក ឈាង វុន ក៏នៅតែគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា៖ «ចំពោះខ្ញុំ ព្នង គេមិនសំដៅមនុស្សទេ គេសំដៅឥរិយាបថ មិនល្អ ព្រៃផ្សៃ មិនមានអារ្យធម៌ មិនគោរពច្បាប់។ សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា ខ្ញុំការពារពួកគាត់ច្រើនណាស់ ពេលខ្ញុំធ្វើទូតនៅអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ»។
ប្រសាសន៍ដែលលោក ឈាង វុន និយាយជាមួយភ្នំពេញប៉ុស្តិ៍ គឺស្របពេលជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចព្នង គ្រោងរៀបចំសន្និសីទសារព័ត៌មានជាសាធារណៈមួយ នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ នៅថ្ងៃទី ៥ ខែធ្នូសប្តាហ៍ក្រោយនេះ ដើម្បីបង្ហាញពីប្រតិកម្ម និងលាងជម្រះនូវការប្រើប្រាស់ពាក្យពេចន៍ មិនសមរម្យ ដែលវាយប្រហារ និងមាក់ងាយទៅលើជនជាតិព្នងរបស់ពួកគេ។
ប៉ុន្តែ អ្នករៀបចំកម្មវិធី បានឲ្យដឹងថា អាចនឹងមានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ ប្រសិនណាសមាជិកសភាគណបក្សប្រជាជនលោក ឈាង វុន ធ្វើការសុំទោស និងបកស្រាយពីពាក្យ «ព្នង» ជាសាធារណៈ តាមសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍ឬវេទិកាសភា។
លោក ភាព សុជា ប្រធានសមាគមយុវជនជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច បានថ្លែងកាលពីម្សិលមិញថា ៖ «សន្និសីទនេះមានជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចចម្រុះចូលរួម ប្រមាណ ២០ នាក់។ យើងធ្វើនេះ ដើម្បីបង្ហាញពីយោបល់ពួកយើងជារួម ថាយើងមិនចង់ឮពាក្យ «ព្នង» ត្រូវបានគេប្រើប្រមាថមនុស្សផ្សេងទៀតឡើយ ព្រោះព្នងមិនព្រៃផ្សៃដូចគេគិតឡើយ»។ លោកបន្តថា សនិ្នសីទនេះ ក៏ស្នើជាថ្មីម្តងទៀត ឲ្យលោក ឈាង វុន ធ្វើការសុំទោសជាសាធារណៈ មកជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចព្នង ដើម្បីចៀសវាងការអាក់អន់ចិត្តនឹងគ្នា «ក្នុងនាមជាខ្មែរតែមួយ»។ លោកបន្តថា៖«យើងគ្រាន់តែចង់បានការបកស្រាយ ដើម្បីកុំឲ្យមនុស្សម្នាក់ខឹងម្នាក់ទៀត ដៀលជេរថា ព្នង នោះមិនសមទេ»។
ជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចព្នង កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២២ វិច្ឆិកា បានផ្ញើលិខិតមួយច្បាប់ ជូនលោកហេង សំរិន ប្រធានរដ្ឋសភា ដើម្បីសុំឲ្យលោកជួយអន្តរាគមន៍ ទៅអ្នកតំណាងរាស្ត្រ លោក ឈាង វុន ធ្វើការសុំទោសជាសាធារណៈ និងតម្រូវឲ្យលោកធ្វើដំណើរ ទៅកាន់ខេត្តមណ្ឌលគិរី ដើម្បីធ្វើពិធីសែនព្រេនកាប់គោ ឬក្របី សុំខមាទោស ចំពោះព្រលឹងដូនតាអ្នកថែរក្សាជនជាតិភាគតិចព្នង ដែលមានអាសនៈនៅភ្នំដោះក្រមុំ ក្នុងក្រុងសែនមនោរម្យ។ លិខិតទៅប្រធានរដ្ឋសភាមិនទាន់មានការបកស្រាយ ឬការឆ្លើយតបមកវិញណាមួយនៅឡើយទេ មកទល់ពេលនេះ។

Some political opponents of Hun Sen accuse him of being a Vietnamese puppet. This is due to his position in the government created by Vietnam while Cambodia was under Vietnamese military occupation and the fact that he was a prominent figure in the People's Revolutionary Party of Kampuchea (now known as the Cambodian People's Party), which governed Cambodia as a one-party state under Vietnamese military occupation from 1979 until elections in 1993. Hun Sen and his supporters reject such charges, saying that he represents only the Cambodian people.
Forced evictions: Hun Sen's government has been responsible for the sale of land to foreign investors in 2007-08 resulting in the eviction of thousands of residents from their homes.[10]
Hun Sen was implicated in corruption related to Cambodia's oil wealth and mineral resources in Global Witness 2009 report on Cambodia. He and his close associates were accused of carrying out secret negotiations with interested private parties and taking money from those who he would grant rights to exploit the resources. However, the credibility of this accusation has been questioned by government officials and especially Prime Minister Hun Sen, himself.[11]
As of 2012, the minister has arrested two innocent women, Yorm Bopha and Tim Sakmony, for protesting against the forced eviction at the Boeung Kak Lake along with many other activists. The two are facing charges that are not related to the protest. [12] Cambodia's people are also trying to send out a message to U.S. President, Barack Obama. Eight villagers of Phnom Penh were arrested for painting "SOS" and plastering Obama's picture on their rooftops. Police deemed their actions as illegal. Earlier in the year, the villagers were told to leave their homes so that a nearby airport will be able to build a larger runway and security buffer zone. For nearly 30 years, powerful companies are able to evict people forcibly.[13]

Samdach Hun Sen gave Cambodia the freedom to live the way they thought best. Under CPP, There is no persecuttion in Cambodia, its people enjoy freedom of speech and liberty. There are lots of forests, animals, water, and rich farmland for all Cambodia to be used and prouded of. In addition of peace and prospirity, Cambodia now a day welcome all foreigners included Youn to live and work in Cambodia. ScamSR and his followers might have to sit down and creat an other party name after Pi Anh.ahahahahahahha
