1995 an Honorary Ph.D. in Politics, the Southern California University for Professional Studies, USA.
1996, an Honorary Ph.D. of Law, Iowa Wesleyan College, USA.
On April 10, 2001, an Honorary Ph.D. in Political Science, Graduate School of Dankook University, South Korea.
On November 15, 2001, an Honorary Ph.D. in Political Science in the field of Foreign Relations, the Ramkhamhaeng University, Thailand.
On April 10, 2004, an Honorary Ph.D. in Political Science, the Irish International University of the European Union, Cambodia.
On September 15, 2004, Hun Sen has been accepted and sworn in as a member of the Bar Association of Cambodia.

there is a giant step in the right direction would be to accept the fact that you're still a bunch of sore losers ( ScamSR and the followers). History will also judge your performent according to your useless and weak agendas, and the history will be written ScamSR as a paranoid leader, cry baby, fugitive, and a bunch of psychopath opportunist waiting to take advantage of poor people. The world have watched you sore losers haven't done anything to make Cambodian proud of your records. There're not a single list of all the good things you have done in the past and now to uplift people life. My hero samdach Hun Sen will forgive your sorry asses if you joined the CPP for this up comming election. You potato diggers made lots of painful mistakes in the past by dividing Cambodia apart, which is shame on you sore losers. It certainly that we (CPP) would forgive you if your leader ScamSr come back to Cambodia and serve his sentences and futher improve his image as a strong leader not the fugitive one. If he didn't dare to come back than stop begging for forgiveness from my hero Hun Sen, maybe it would be wise to seek counseling from Pi Anh.hahahaahah

Hun Sen does not speak, read and write English at all with PhDs. Why did he use English translator?
Look at the the world leaders except Vietnamese and Laotian PM can speak English very well. Mr. San Rainsy can speak, write and read English really well including his French.
Samdach Hun Sen gave Cambodia the freedom to live the way they thought best. Under CPP, There is no persecuttion in Cambodia, its people enjoy freedom of speech and liberty. There are lots of forests, animals, water, and rich farmland for all Cambodia to be used and prouded of. In addition of peace and prospirity, Cambodia now a day welcome all foreigners included Youn to live and work in Cambodia. ScamSR and his followers might have to sit down and creat an other party name after Pi Anh.ahahahahahahha
