But just imagine one of them approaching Barack Obama's motorcade, with an outstretched hand and a molded squeegee, as he cruises Phnom Penh during his historic, late November visit to Cambodia.
How embarrassing.
To spare Obama the sight of poor urchins, Cambodia's government will round up the capital's street beggars and lock them in a "social affairs" center for the duration of the presidential trip, according to the Phnom Penh Post.
Obama, with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao and other leaders, will be attending the East Asia Summit, an influential conference held this year in Cambodia.
As a city hall spokesman explains to the Post, witnessing "beggars and children on the street" might cause world leaders to "speak negatively to the government.”
This attitude suggests that Obama will not be treated to a stroll down Phnom Penh's riverside promenade, where he could very well receive offers for ganja, bootleg copies of "Lonely Planet" and a visit to gun ranges stocked with rusty AK-47s — all from the same tuk-tuk driver.

If President Obama sees these begger kids he will has compassion for them because Obama is a down to earth person when come to poor individual Obama was born poor in the 60's raised with a single mother after he father went back to Kenya at a young age.Obama knews what poverty taste/felt likes.....Grew up in Chicago in the late 60's wasn't fun during the civil rights movement faced all kinds of challenges in his young life as a mix-race kid,so in my opinion Obama is a very "fair guy" he dislikes injustice and greeds.
If President Obama sees these childrens that begging during his visits it'd be great for Cambodia from inside point of view to how life beyond the neatness/cleanness city that Hun sen putting on the show to the world to sees!...Obama is a great guy he fought injustice all his life it would be great if Obama knows the truth behind the vail of Hun sen regime trying to hide.

Should President Obama turns away trillions dollars of crude oil benefit to American Nation, just because of you people?

Now, the world is watching, show the world, the world leaders of your conviction and courage. Be a hero and force Hun Sen to arrest and imprison you in front of President Obama and ASEAN leaders. Go to Cambodia now and let the government arrest you, if you are afraid of being arrest and imprison. Please stay in France enjoy the easy life and step down as an opposition leader. Let someone else lead that has the courage and willing to sacrifice for his people and his country. A leader can not be a coward. A leader must be a hero to his followers. This one thing u can learn from Hun Sen.
