Stongman's crocodile tears?

Cambodian strongman, teary eyed after hosting regional summit, declines to take questions

PHNOM PENH, Cambodia — Cambodian strongman Hun Sen was driven to tears Tuesday as he declared how proud his small country was to host the region’s main summit meeting, and said he was too exhausted to take any questions from journalists.

Hun Sen was likely to have faced a grilling from reporters over his attempts during the summit to halt discussions of territorial disputes involving China, a key Cambodian ally. China has insisted that the disputes be resolved bilaterally, not in a group context.

Hun Sen indicated he was overcome by pride and exhaustion for having hosted the annual meetings of the 10-nation Association of Southeast Asian Nations, which were also attended by eight world leaders including President Barack Obama and Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao.

The famously tough, canny and usually loquacious leader recited a list of the summit’s accomplishments, big and small, at a final news conference. He added with moistened eyes that he regretted that Cambodia’s late King Norodom Sihanouk, who died Oct. 15 at age 89, had been unable to see his country on the international stage.

“I am sorry that I couldn’t hold back my tears,” the one-time guerrilla leader then told the crowd of journalists. He expressed apologies for being too tired to answer any questions.

ASEAN summit hosts typically hold final news conferences at which they answer a wide range of questions about the meetings.

I completely agree with Mr.Hun Sen on this particular and spectacular achievement! This event brought our Cambodia out into world stage.

We still have much more to improve in the areas of law and order, social justice, and political maturity. However, we also have to recognize and acknowledge real achievements, and give credits where appropriate.

Great job, Cambodia!

Nothing unusual to be proud of, Mr. Hun Sen!

Cambodia is a chair of Asian-member states this year so, of course, she has to hold this meeting; holding this meeting does not show that you have accomplished as a great statesman; it is simply a normal obligation of a state holding a chairmanship of ASEAN!

Do not make a big deal about it! Take President Obama's advice and you shall be considered a better statesman.

Anyone who is a PM of Cambodia at this time including Ah Chey (A Cambodia silly clown in Cambodian folklores) is expected to hold the summit.

Your poor records of leadership and the status of your country for sale are the true manifestation of your poor ability to govern and a reflection of a tragedy for the people of Cambodia in this generation and the generations to come. The consequences of your current policies of selling off what your land has will be felt for generations to come.

Wake up and don't be drowned in your own greed, arrogance, self-congratulation and last but not least inefficiency.

You know you are not that good so let other Cambodians have the opportunity to lead the country out of poverty. You have been in power far too long and Cambodia is still living under foreign aids. If anything, your government is very good at begging and selling off Cambodia's natural resources.

Stop taking advantage of the indifference and passivity of the very large middle-class Cambodians who could tip the balance of power and wealth in their favor and those of their less fortunate poor brothers and sisters, but have chosen as usual from regime to regime to remain silent be satisfied with the status quo.

If Hun Sen cries for fulling the King's wish, he should take care of the common people. People are still suffering in Cambodia under Hun Sen leadership. We want to see Cambodians have some dignity. We want to see people are treated like human beings with hopes for their future. Hun Sen open his heart and learn to look from a different angle. Of course Hun Sen has been working hard for the country few. WE want to see he is working hard for everybody.... even they are poor.

This stupid Vietnamese dog Hun Sen has ruined Cambodian reputation and those dumb folks of Cambodia who voted this fucking and disgusted dictator of Cambodia.

We feel sorry for Cambodian people who were blocked to welcome and see the U.S. president Obama on the street by this fucking Vietnamese puppet.

Your tear is a blood flowing out of your face instead that you killed and hurt Cambodian people who need help by showing SOS of Obama. It is like Cambodia is in a Modern Killing Fields. Cambodia is full of the hidden Vietnamese faces in CPP regime and there are many Cambodian people about 85 percents living in fears, lacking of food resources, lacking of education, living under poverty, and beyond.

So, what the fuck this communist Vietnamese puppet is doing with his tear. This fucking Vietnamese puppet has blindly led Cambodia in the wrong direction by following his Vietnamese bosses and hidden Vietnamese faces working in his CPP regime, focusing on wealth, power and stupid politics.

You can see that President Obama spending his more time touring around in Thailand and Myanmar than Cambodia because of this monstrous killer Hun Sen as a Vietnamese puppet. Mr. President only spent time to discuss with this stupid and dumb dictator Hun Sen about the issues in Cambodia and this Vietnamese puppet responded to the President Obama that Cambodia has better records on Human Right than other countries. This Vietnamese puppet as a Killer has been told by Vietnamese bosses what to do when meeting Mr. President Obama. So, Hor Nam Hong and Sok An were behind him this dictator Hun Sen during the event of ASEAN summit. So, Obama spent a lot of time inside the Peace Palace more than on the street to meet Cambodian people because those Cambodian people need helps from the President Obama. It happened the same thing to Ms. Madam Secretary of States, Hillary Clinton when the people and victims of Cambodia need to show her what happened. That is how the CPP officials and the Vietnamese puppet Hun Sen have done so far. Yes, it happened to Mr. Ban Ki Moon, a UN General, as well. You only see the people on the street welcomes to Chinese leader Wen Jiabao and fucking Communist Yuon leader Nguyen Dung, etc. That is all we can say.

Right now, the Vietnamese bosses and people of Vietnam are laughing out loud at Cambodia as a loser even Thai people.

All we need is to kick Hor Nam Hong, Sok An, Sok Kong, Phay Siphan, Khiev Kanarith, Prak Sokhon, Men Son An, and more who are the real Vietnamese and Yuon CPP dogs.

It is sad to see that Cambodian people lost courage right now after the U.S. President Obama left the country because the U.S. President Obama was not seen by them on the streets of Phnom Penh.

For now we can say.

All we need to get rid of the Vietnamese Puppet Hun Sen of CPP by voting him to step down in July 2013 next year.

Hope CNRP (SRP and HRP) will win with the support of the International Communities and UN pressuring on the Communist CPP leaders under their Vietnamese bosses.

The most disappointed and a disaster for Cambodian opposition is President Obama didn't intervene in a convicted criminal Sam Rainsy's case when he talked with PM Hun Sen in Cambodia. Thus, how can Sam Rainsy return to Cambodia as he has always said all along????

Sam Rainsy's political career is dead in the water. Please enjoy life after politics.
