At 8.00AM of 5 Dec 2012, there're 10 urban poor communities of Phnom Penh under threat of forced evictions are going to protest in front of the Peace Palace (Prime Minister Officer). The purpose of the protest is to meet the Prime Minister based on Prime Minister speech on 26 Nov 2012.
