គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិនឹងរៀបចំសមាជថ្នាក់ជាតិលើកដំបូងរបស់ខ្លួននៅដើមខែមេសាឆ្នាំក្រោយនេះហើយ ដើម្បីបង្ហាញរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធផ្លូវការ នៅមុនការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើសតំណាងរាស្ត្រដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តិទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី២៨ខែកក្កដានោះ។ នេះបើតាមការបញ្ជាក់របស់លោកយ៉ែម បុញ្ញឬទ្ធិ អគ្គលេខាធិការគណបក្សសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស។ អ្នកតំណាងរាស្ត្រមណ្ឌលព្រៃវែងរូបនេះបានអះអាងប្រាប់វិទ្យុបារាំងអន្តរជាតិនៅថ្ងៃនេះបន្ថែមថា លោកកឹម សុខានឹងផ្តាច់ខ្លួនពីគណបក្សសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ហើយនឹងចូលរួមទៅក្នុងគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិជួយលោកសម រង្ស៊ីនៅពេលដែលមានសមាជរបស់គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិនោះតែម្តង។
ក្នុងន័យនេះ បើតាមការពន្យល់របស់លោកយ៉ែម បុញ្ញឬទ្ធិដដែល គណបក្សសិទ្ធិមនុស្សរបស់លោកក៏នឹងរៀបចំសមាជវិសាមញ្ញនៅអំឡុងខែមេសានោះដែរ ដើម្បីជ្រើសរើសរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធថ្មីរបស់គណបក្សសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស។ ពីព្រោះថា ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំភាគច្រើននឹងផ្តាច់ខ្លួនចេញពីគណបក្សសិទ្ធិមនុស្សនេះ ដើម្បីទៅចូលរួមក្នុងគណបក្សថ្មី គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ដែលត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងដោយគណបក្សសម រង្ស៊ី និងគណបក្សសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស។
បើតាមគម្រោងរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធនៃគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិដែលដឹកនាំដោយលោកសម រង្ស៊ី ហើយដែលត្រូវបានទទួលស្គាល់ដោយក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃហើយនោះ លោកកឹមសុខានឹងត្រូវធ្វើជាអនុប្រធានរបស់លោកសម រង្ស៊ី ដែលមិនទាន់មានពន្លឺនៃលទ្ធភាពថា អាចត្រឡប់ចូលក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាបាននៅពេលណានោះឡើយ។ អគ្គលេខាធិការគណបក្សសិទ្ធិមនុស្សលោក យ៉ែម បុញ្ញឬទ្ធិបានរៀបរាប់អោយដឹងថា សព្វថ្ងៃនេះ ទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំគណបក្សសម រង្ស៊ី និងគណបក្សសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ពួកគេបានធ្វើសកម្មភាពនយោបាយច្រើនដើម្បីគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ។

It is meaning no justice for any supporters that died in serving Sam Rainsy political party at all.
Sam Rainsy will never find justice for his supporters at America and international court at all but in fact he use these as his passport for negotiate with Hun Sen after 15 years.
The supporters Sam Rainsy party today must accept that if you die n serving Sam Rainsy party, Sam Rainsy will not care to find justice for you at America and international courts and you die for nothing as 1997 grenade attack victims.

Sam Rainsy is using that for negotiate with Hun Sen for the past 15 years for his own opportunity. No real justice can be done for the victims at America and international courts publicly.

If S. Rainsy no nothing about politic he wouldn't got involve in politic. But whether he good at it or not is not important.
The important is he wants to help poor Khmer peasants from those evil CPP group taking advantage of, and maybe save Cambodia from became 2nd Kampuchea Krom.
Unlike you said, politic is like game of chess, if you want to win, you must use your brain, when to attack, and when to retreat. So think about it, not that simple.
