ភ្នំពេញៈ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋសហគមន៍បឹងកក់ និងសហគមន៍ថ្មគោល ប្រមាណ ៥០ នាក់ បានប្រមូលផ្ដុំគ្នា នៅមុខវិមានសន្តិភាពកាលពីម្សិលមិញដើម្បីដាក់ញតិ្តសុំកិច្ចអន្តរាគមន៍ ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាវិវាទដីធ្លីដ៏រ៉ាំរ៉ៃជាថ្មីទៀត របស់ពួកគាត់ ពីលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីហ៊ុន សែន។
អ្នកស្រី ហេង មុំ តំណាងពលរដ្ឋរងគ្រោះពីសហគមន៍បឹងកក់ និយាយថា ការដែលពួកគាត់មកជួបប្រជុំដាក់ញតិ្តស្នើសុំកិច្ចអន្តរាគមន៍ពី លោកនាយករដ្ឋសាជាថ្មីនេះ ព្រោះកាលពីមួយសប្តាហ៍មុនលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងជាសាធារណៈនៅក្នុងពិធីសម្ពោធការបញ្ចុះបឋមសិលាស្ពាន អាកាសស្ទឹងមានជ័យថា លោកនឹងធ្វើការដោះស្រាយរាល់បញ្ហាវិវាទដីធ្លីទាំងអស់ ជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ បើប្រជាពលរដ្ឋមកពឹងលោកឲ្យជួយ។ អ្នកស្រីថ្លែងថា៖«យើងខ្ញុំសុំឲ្យសម្ដេចតេជោហ៊ុន សែន និងលោកជំទាវ ប៊ុន រ៉ានី ជួយរកយុត្តិធម៌ឲ្យយើងខ្ញុំ ព្រោះអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានបានបំផ្លាញផ្ទះសម្បែង និងទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិយើងខ្ញុំ និងបានកាត់ពួកយើងខ្ញុំ ៥៧ គ្រួសារ ក្នុងចំណោម ៧៩៤ គ្រួសារ ចេញពីគម្រោងដី១២,៤៤ ហិកតា ដែលជាការផ្ដល់ប្រទានកម្មពីសម្តេច»។
អ្នកស្រី ង៉ែត ឃុន វ័យ ៧២ ឆ្នាំ ដែលធ្លាប់ត្រូវបាននគរបាលរាជធានី វាយបែកក្បាលដេរជាច្រើនថ្នេរបានបន្ទរថា អាជ្ញាធរ បានបដិសេធមិនផ្ដល់ប្លង់កម្មសិទ្ធិដីធ្លីឲ្យទេ ដោយសំអាងថា ផ្ទះនិងដីរបស់ពួកគាត់ ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងនិយាមកាមដីរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនស៊ូកាគូអ៊ីន ខណៈអាជ្ញាធរ នៅមិនទាន់បានបោះបង្គោលកំណត់ព្រំប្រទល់ដី១២,៤៤ ហិកតា នៅឡើយ។ អ្នកស្រីថ្លែងថា៖«យើងខ្ញុំសុំឲ្យសម្ដេចតេជោហ៊ុន សែន លោកផ្ដល់ប្លង់កម្មសិទ្ធិដីធ្លី ស្របច្បាប់ជូនពួកយើងខ្ញុំ និងសុំឲ្យលុបចោលនូវបទចោទប្រកាន់លើអ្នកភូមិយើងខ្ញុំ ព្រោះពួកយើងខ្ញុំ មិនបានប្រព្រឹត្តដូចការចោទប្រកាន់របស់អាជ្ញាធរ និងតុលាការទេ»។
ក្រោយ ពីការប៉ុនប៉ងដាក់ញតិ្តដោយផ្ទាល់ ជូនលោកឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីសុខ អាននិងទីប្រឹក្សាផ្ទាល់លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីហ៊ុន សែន មិនបានសម្រេច ក្រុមអ្នកភូមិទាំងនេះបានសម្រេចដាក់ញតិ្តជូនតាមរយៈលោក ប៊ុន អ៊ុយ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការទីស្ដីការគណៈរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងលោក ជា វ៉ាន់ដេត ទីប្រឹក្សាផ្ទាល់ លោកឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីសុខ អាន។
ក្នុងជំនួប ពិភាក្សាផ្ទាល់ រយៈពេលជាងមួយម៉ោង ជាមួយមន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់ នៃទីស្ដីការគណៈរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ទាំងពីរូបខាងលើនេះ តំណាងអ្នកភូមិចំនួន៥ នាក់ ដែលក្នុងនោះ ក៏មានតំណាងសហគមន៍ ថ្មគោល ដែលស្ថិតនៅក្បែរព្រលានយន្តហោះអន្តរជាតិភ្នំពេញ បានលើកឡើងអំពីបញ្ហាផ្សេងៗទាក់ទងទៅនឹងគម្រោងនៃការបណ្ដេញពួក គាត់ ចេញពីលំនៅដ្ឋានរបស់អាជ្ញាធរខណ្ឌពោធិ៍សែនជ័យ ខណៈតំណាងអ្នកបឹងកក់ បានលើកឡើងនូវបញ្ហាបួនចំណុច ក្នុងនោះ ការផ្ដល់ប្លង់កម្មសិទ្ធិដីធ្លី ការបោះបង្គោលកំណត់ព្រំប្រទល់ដី១២,៤៤ ហិកតា ការសុំឲ្យដោះលែងសកម្មជនដីធ្លី និងលុបចោលបទចោទប្រកាន់ប្រឆាំងស្ត្រី១៣ នាក់។
ក្រុម តំណាងអ្នកតវ៉ាទាំងនេះ រំពឹងថា សំណើនិងញតិ្តរបស់ពួកគាត់ នឹងបានទៅដល់ដៃរបស់លោកឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីសុខ អាន និងលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីហ៊ុន សែន ហើយជឿថា ដំណោះស្រាយពិតប្រាកដនឹងកើតមានក្នុងរយៈពេលដ៏ខ្លីខាងមុខនេះ។
អ្នក ស្រីទេព វន្នី តំណាងម្នាក់ ក្នុងចំណោមបួននាក់ ពីសហគមន៍បឹងកក់ បានថ្លែងថា លោក ជា វ៉ាន់ដេត និង លោក ប៊ុន អ៊ុយ បានផ្ដល់ទំនុកចិត្តយ៉ាងខ្លាំងថា លោកនឹងពាំនាំនូវសំណូមពរដោយទទូចរបស់ពួកគាត់ ព្រមទាំងញតិ្ត ដែលមានស្នាមមេដៃរបស់ប្រជាសហគមន៍រងគ្រោះ ទៅប្រគល់នឹងជម្រាបជូនលោកឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី សុខ អាន ដើម្បីចាត់វិធានការដោះស្រាយតាមផ្លូវច្បាប់។
អ្នកស្រីថ្លែងថា៖ «យើងរំពឹងថា យើងនឹងទទួលបានដំណោះស្រាយពិតប្រាកដ ប្រសិនបើមន្ត្រីរដ្ឋាភិបាលថ្នាក់លើ លោកពិតជាមានឆន្ទៈ ក្នុងការដោះស្រាយ បញ្ចប់ជម្លោះដីធ្លី ដ៏រ៉ាំរ៉ៃ ក្នុងតំបន់បឹងកក់មែននោះ»

Why khmer hate Khmer? Why Khmer kill Khmer all the time? Are Khmer human or are they animal? Some animals are most likely better than Khmer killer, Khmer traitor, Khmer dictator, no brian Khmer . I am so saddened thinking about regular Khmer.
How many countries in the world that have the law by which the land title must be issued by head of state as in Cambodia.
All Khmer killers are innocent rather than guilty but who are guilty. The guilty party are:
1- Vietnam
2- culture of selfishness among Khmer leaders.
3- world conflict - spreading of communism.
1-Without Vietnam political stirring up among Khmer, we would not fight among each other.
2- If our leaders are not selfish and talk face to face with each other, we could stand up for Vietnam's bad ambition.
3- If the big guy did not fight each other,
we were not used as shield.
All Khmer armed forces claimed they are fighting for the country- the Sihanouk's, the Lon Nol's, the Pol Pot's, the Son San's, the Heng Samrin's but we are killing each other because the idea differences of our leaders combined with the Vietnam's tactic.
So stop killing each other and chase the Viet from our land.

Where are the justice at America and international courts? Or Sam Rainsy is using our death members as passport to negotiate with Hun Sen for the past 15 years.
Cambodian people are questions Mr Sam Rainsy Where are the justice for your supporters at America and international courts? Is it hard for you to sue Hun Sen at America and international courts publicly and transparancy? Or are you still keep using our death members as your negotiate with Hun Sen if Hun Sen block you you cream that you will sue Hun Sen but if Hun Sen gives green light you will stop sue Hun Sen for the past 15 years????
