ប្រធានក្រុមយុវជននៃគណបក្ស សម រង្ស៊ី លោក សួង សុភ័ណ្ឌ បានថ្លែងនៅថ្ងៃទី៧ ធ្នូ ថា ព្រះរាជអាជ្ញារងនៃសាលាដំបូងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ លោក មាស ច័ន្ទពិសិដ្ឋ បានប្រើពេលជិត ២ម៉ោងដើម្បីសាកសួររូបលោកពីមូលហេតុនៃការដាក់បទចោទប្រកាន់ និងដេញដោលរកភស្តុតាងមួយចំនួនពាក់ព័ន្ធបទចោទនេះ។
លោក សួង សុភ័ណ្ឌ៖ «ខ្ញុំបានបង្ហាញនូវភស្តុតាងទាក់ទងខ្សែវីដេអូ និងរូបថតយ៉ាងច្បាស់លាស់ ហើយខ្ញុំបានដាក់បន្ទុកសំខាន់ណាស់ទាក់ទងទៅនឹងការសាងសង់ស្ពាន។ ខ្ញុំឲ្យឈ្មោះថា ស្ពានគម្រោងពិឃាដ។ អត់មានការគាបសង្កត់ សម្លុត ឬគំរាមអីនោះទេ គឺសួរនូវហេតុផល ហើយនិងភស្តុតាង។ ក្នុងនោះដែរ គេបានជជីកសួរយ៉ាងច្បាស់ណាស់ ហេតុអ្វីបានជាយើងចោទពីបទឃាតកម្មគិតទុកជាមុន? ក្រៅពីនេះទៅទៀត លោកព្រះរាជអាជ្ញាបានវិភាគពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការពួនស្ទាក់ស្របទៅនឹងឃាតកម្មគិតទុកជាមុននោះ ហើយនិងដេញដោលរកភស្តុតាងមួយចំនួន ហើយខ្ញុំក៏បានផ្ដល់នូវភស្តុតាងមួយចំនួនផងដែរ»។
លោក សួង សុភ័ណ្ឌ បានឲ្យដឹងថា តុលាការនៅមិនទាន់បានកំណត់ពេលវេលាច្បាស់លាស់ចូលខ្លួនម្ដងទៀត ឬបើកសវនាការនៅពេលណានោះទេ។
យុវជនរូបនេះ បានបញ្ជាក់ថា លោកនឹងមិនពឹងពាក់មេធាវីនោះទេ ក្នុងនាមលោកជានិស្សិតច្បាប់មួយរូបដែរ ដូច្នេះលោកមានសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការតតាំងសវនាការតាមផ្លូវច្បាប់ ដើម្បីស្វែងរកយុត្តិធម៌ជូនជនរងគ្រោះ និងក្រុមគ្រួសារ ដែលមានសាច់ញាតិស្លាប់ក្នុងហេតុការណ៍ជាន់គ្នាស្លាប់នៅលើស្ពានពេជ្រ បណ្ដាលឲ្យស្លាប់ចំនួន ៣៥៣នាក់ និងរងរបួសជិត ៤០០នាក់។

I believe 100 % that the Koh pich
killing is a pre-planned murder
by conspiracy of Hun Sen and Yuon.
Yuon does not want Hun Sen to allow the water festival-the om touk- saying that the participants by million in PNH might rise up against Hun Sen. So he create the Koh Pich situation to elusively tell the people that big gathering is not safe. We know what Hun Sen and Yuon are thinking and doing. Cambodia has some lands left because every time the foreigners were trying to impose their wills on Cambodia, exceptional Khmer nationalists such as Suong Sophorn, Ven. Luon Savath, Sam Rainsy, etc... emerged to fiercely fight them.
Furthermore, Vietnam kept interfering, controlling, swallowing Cambodia and causing hardships to Khmer people because it has never paid the price for its perpetration.
Vietnam has been using Hun Sen as a tool to reach its goal of colonizing Cambodia.
Khmer people must change this losing culture by making Vietnam pay the price.
It is apparent that Suong Sophorn is trying to do that: the criminal must be punished.

Don't be so gullible . Think ! Hun Sen has never brooked his critic , Why he praised
Mr Sophorn as young and courageous who dare to sue the PM ? Why he had to
wait for two years before he take government to court which is not independent -
all evidence ( bridge ) was demolished , no eyes witness . Do you think his 21
copies of pictures which were not taken by him personally ( prints from media or
given by Hun Sen ) will do anything to dent Hun Sen ?
One more question : How many refugees who knew that Nong Chan Camp
was set up and ran by Vietnam ? Kong Silos , the nominal leader of the Camp was

more people on our side . But , we have to be careful not to be fallen in the

many of his spies in the party in order to break it apart . Up until 2008 , no one
knew that a former SRP's activist is Ly Yong Phat's son who is Cheam Yeap's
son in law ? ( Ly Chung the one who bought FUNCINPEC head quarter , Chroy
