I agree to Loa Mong Hai point view .Because now there are no way that Khmer krom could get victory , if they continue to fight for sovereignty .Depend on Dr Loa Khmer krom has to change strategy . Instead to struggle for independent ,he suggest to Khmer krom should fight to protect their cultural , in collaborating with Khmer Kandal via multimedia propaganda .This is the only way that could keep all the Khmer who speak the same language in touch to each other . He add ,when the culture and language is enough thrived among Khmer Sorin, Khmer Krom and Khmer Kondal the possibility of an attempt to sovereign could be playing in a next step .

Those who accused Lao Mong Hay as traitor signified that the accuser are nationalists. Nationalists are those who are willing to die for their country to defend the country and its cause. What action those nationalists are undertaking right now beside sitting in front of the keyboard and urging everyone in Cambodia to risk his/her life to rise up against Hun Sen and chase Viets out of Cambodia while those persons sitting in a/c rooms safe somewhere else outside Cambodia? Dr. Lao is entitled to his opinion and freedom of speech is his basic rights no one can take away. And you as individuals have the right to accept or not accept his opinion. The fact that his opinion is not the same as yours does not mean that he is traitor and you are nationalist.
