Cambodia: a country founded on the principle of "forced eviction"?

"On the contrary, the whole country is founded on the principle of "forced eviction": first the eviction of the Vietnamese occupation, then the eviction of the Khmer Rouge, and then (soon enough) Hun Sen evicted the elected government (stage-managed by the U.N.), remember?
