Hope dream still alive,the Island is drifts way day by day if khmer's gov't neglect the Island(Tral island) Its not hard to put petition to ICJ to recognize the Island was/is belong to Khmer,its not too late to petition the world court now...Don't let me drifts away said Tral island plead to all khmers people to save her...

As long as CPP, this current king in power this island will not right fully go back to Cambodia. Gentlemen we should concentrate more Khhmer kandal, Viets flood million of illegal Vietnamese inside our country. If we not controlled Khmer will be minorities in their own land.
We must find a way soon. If then we control Cambodia then it is not too late to petition to ICJ court. Hun Sen said it too late because that what Viets want all Khmer to believe.
