Request for your joint monitoring during the IHRD celebratio​n in the Tra Paeng Anh Chanh community, Phnom Penh

FYI: Tomorrow morning (10 Dec), the Tra Paeng Anh Chanh community is going to hold the International Human Rights Day celebration.

Even though, the local authority did not allow them to hold it in the community. Last year, the local authority used to disturb while they hold the celebration of the IHRD in the community.

Kindly joint monitoring in case if any violence will happen in place.
