Definetly! With all the prayers, rendering of the hearts, chanting of the monks and eyes full of tears - the former king should be allow to enter Nivirna with a clean slate.
Honor the king for killing 2M of khmer people is the stupid idea. It's disgrace to the innocent victims whom he, the king who as Khmer Rouge head in 1975, killed. He should be called to stand trial for the crime he committed when he is alive. When he died people should be cursing him instead of honoring him. People who honored this stupid king are crazy.
Sihanouk is the second biggest traitor, right behind Hun Sen.
He is not Khmer hero, and he is not Maha Virak Ksat. He is Ah playboy Kdor Kley.
Vietnam has always tried to break Khmer apart so that it can control Cambodia, while Ah Lob Sihanouk wanted the 2 Vietnam to unite so that they can return him a favor.

Never forget those days, extremely sad and painful to remember.
In Thmar Kaul, Battambang in 1974 I remembered when 3 oxcarts driven by innocent people step on the land mines which was laid down by Khmer Rouge on the bridge exploded killing 3 innocent people and 3 oxens, the Khmer Rouge announced from Peking that they were successfully destroyed 3 tanks of Lon Nol Army. Samdach Ta hailed via Peking radio praise his army for successfully operation against the his enemy.
Ah skourt Sihanouk was a lop lop king. He was injected by ah chen and ah youn Hanoi, the maing saing kchib. he was confused, did not know who he was, his back ground or his nationality. He killed about 3 millions khmer directly and indirectly. Some day soon the young generation will know the truth.
