ICJ is the world court
If they are are not except the rasult.
Thief still remains thief.
The country in the world has to respect with the world court. They have stop thief from acting over the world court. Everything is very clear to the world in court. Everybody in the world can tell around preah vihear province there are Cambodian province as Khmer sorin (sorin province) Khmer sisaket (sisaket province) Khmer Buryram and other. Those people can speak Khmer; follow Khmer culture....How blind those people are. They are not blind, they are criminal thief. Cambodia have wake up don not let this case go down again and again for a thousand year. We lost and suffering enough.
They are alway confuse the world to gain their cheating case.
Now the world with the hi tech is completely difference.
We have to stop this crimal act and punish them.
Very smart, take khmer territory as joint owners (Thai-Cambodia). If you want to do like this, Cambodia also want to joint development at surin, borirum, etc. provinces, because there are many Khmer indigenous living there.

Siem thugs got large chunk of Cambodian territories already and they still want more and more of Cambodia and there are no bound to their blind ambition! The reason the Siem thugs can do what they want because Cambodian allow them to do it!
The only good cooperation between Cambodian and Siem thugs is to prevent the senseless killing of Cambodian poeple along Cambodian border and the safety of Cambodian workers in Thailand. As for border dispute, Cambodia must wait for the ICJ. Cambodia should not be in a rush to de-landmine the area otherwise this disputed area is an easy access for Siem military thugs.

Siamese playing smart, we have no problem to do buseness with you elsewhere us long as your embision still persisted to invade us, we Khmer are ready to protect our land & national interest. No such joint development what so ever with you thieve Siamese.
Thai is not thieves Hun Sen and Vietnam are thieves that is stealing and killing Khmer everyday. Any way Hun Sen sold Preah Vihear to Thai already and Viet wanted it back by used Khmer to fight Thai which is Khmer will loss both Land and People.
Hun Sen will never fight Thai for any reasons. Thailand is the only country in Asia nobody ever takeover or conquer and independence in 1200s until now. They are very smart and united for more than 800 years. Khmer people are weak, coward, hated each other and not united.
Look at Hun Sen now did he protecting Cambodia from the Vietnamese expansion?
