The national election is very important for Cambodian in Cambodia as well as for oversea Cambodians. If the current government continues to stay in power, Cambodia will lose its national identity. The totalitarian actions of the government during 2012 are considered the world over as the worst year for Human Rights violations and Autocracy in Cambodia. Some of the totalitarian actions of the government are enumerated here:
- Allowing millions of illegal Vietnamese immigrants to vote in the election to decide the fate of Cambodia
- Evicting the Cambodian people by force from their homes and lands ;
- Illegally jailing and shooting of Human Rights activists of all domains : home and land protection, forestry and water resource protection, journalism etc.;
- Allowing Vietnamese to perform illegal logging, to deplete fish stock by malicious fishing in the Mekong River and TonleSap Lake, in violation of the existing Cambodian laws.
To stop these unlawful activities, we appeal to our Compatriots who respect Human Rights and Democracy to fervently participate in this Worldwide Fund Raising Event for the rescue of our motherland, Cambodia, from Vietnam Imperialist
