The difference between Cambodia and the U.S. was that OBAMA got his degree in university.While Cambodia leaders got many and many the degree without school.that the differences.

Obama and his wife have good moral, that is, knowing what is right and wrong. They are able to put themselves in the poor people shoes and speak out loud for the poor, e.g. trying to tax more from the rich and give them to the poor. Whereas Hun and his wife are thieves, they are there to steal from the poor, donated money and national resources to build up more wealth for themselves instead of working for the nation. So, we can not compare between the educated and the uneducated (uncivilise). So, when the dumb rule the nation, the whole nation will be in ruin but when the smart rule the nation, the nation gets more prosperious. "what you do is what you get' there!...
In addition, Obama is clean handed leader, whereas Hun Sin, has blood in his hands and is a criminal who is rulling to ruin. So again, you can not compare!!!
