The case Chhouk Bandit returns to the court ?... Something will change?
Three workers from a supplier of global giant Puma making were injured February 20, 2012 when a man opened fire on thousands of textile factory workers in the province of Svay Rieng who demanded better working conditions.
The governor of the Bavet city (Svay Rieng, province), Chhouk Bandit, was fired and charged in April for unintentional injuries and the case was closed without further action in December.
Recently in December, Puma declared himself "very disappointed that cambodian justice has not been made nearly a year after the crime" and hoped that the cambodian government would do "everything possible to condemn the author."
Recently, "The Minister of Justice sent a letter to the Attorney General of the Court of Appeal asking him to investigate the matter again to achieve justice for all,". In response, the prosecutor joined the appeal filed by the lawyers of the victims.
Justice has to be done for all !

ចៅហ្វា្ខយខេត្ត ឈូក បណ្ធិតបានត្រូវជាប់ចោទរឿងបាញ់កម្មករនេះ ហើយត្រូវបញ្ឈប់ឲ្យធ្វើការនៅ ខែមេសា ២០១២ តែរឿងនេះ បានត្រូវគេបញ្ឈប់ ពីតុលាការ នៅខែធ្នូ២០១២។
នៅខែធ្នូនេះ ពូម៉ា បានសំដែងការសោកស្តាយ ដោយក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ ពុំបានរកយុត្តិសុច្ចរិត អស់រយៈពេលជិត ១ឆ្នាំ ហើយ គេសង្ឃឹមថា រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល នឹងប្រើគ្រប់មធ្យោបាយ ដើម្បីយុត្តិធម៌ ដល់ជនរងគ្រោះ ។
ត្រូវរកយុត្តិធម៌ឲ្យគ្រប់ជំពូកជន !

It is just a political ploy that will drag the case until after
election , then the appeal court will hold the Svay Rieng'
court decision - Chhouk Bandit will be free and perhaps
be promoted . When it comes to YUON ' connection , Hun
Sen' court is pliable .
Fuxx these trios thugs! Put'em in jail for attempted murder of three innocent women that has no arm,nor knife or sticks,these tree suckers trying to kill them protesters! Cheaper to throw these tree sucker in jail than to drag the case on forever...
