if we want to improve our community, we have to follow the singapore way of life, where the govt build a lot of infrastures and departments to meet people's need. In the west, the govt is responsible for everything, from roads, school, housing, market etc. Every town has a proper city council managment committee and so on. Every town must be spotless. I wonder, what is hun sin doing when all of these things are done for the people, what kind of a leader is he? He should follow the rule of law, khmer policy, where everything is based on national interests etc. He as a leader can not take the law into his own hands or else he too will be persecuted under both national and international law as 'no one should be above the law', welll, I hope time will catch up with him soon.
