MANIPULATION OF VOTER LIST IN ORDER TO INFLATE VOTES FOR THE CPP

According to the National Election Committee (NEC) there are 9.67 million Cambodians eligible to vote in the July 2013 general elections. http://www.asean-cn.org/Item/6840.aspx

This figure is deceitful and unacceptable if we look at more reliable statistics from the CIA https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/geos/cb.html and from UNICEF http://www.unicef.org/infobycountry/cambodia_statistics.html#91
  • Cambodia's total population in 2012: 14.95 million.
  • Population under 18: 40% of total population or 5,98 million.
  • Population 18 and over: 60 % of total population or 8.97 million. Let's say 9 million.
Therefore, there can be no more than 9 million people having reached the voting age of 18. The NEC's figure of 9.67 million voters is stunning. Moreover, out of these only 9 million people who are 18 and over, there are several hundreds thousands foreigners (immigrants) who don't have voting right.

Therefore, the number of eligible voters should be notably below than 9 million.

How come the NEC could declare "9.67 million Cambodians eligible to vote in the July 2013 general elections"?

Actually, the voter list published by the NEC is inflated by at least 1 million names that are related to ghost (nonexistent) voters, underage people (below 18) and foreigners who are fraudulently/illegally registered as voters because the NEC is manipulating the voter list in order to inflate votes for the CPP at the forthcoming elections.

If we take into account the fact that hundreds of thousands of Cambodian legitimate voters have been disenfranchised for political reasons (their names have been deleted from the voter list) according to independent election observers, we can see that the NEC has in fact inflated that voter list by an even larger number of ghost or illegitimate voters, thus determining election result even before Voting Day.

Sir,

How do you get this 60% and 40% ratio? The CIA and UNICEF do not have them.

I like to ask you one question :
Sihanouk when he went to study at Saigon, he stayed with Bao Dai. He has adventure with Bao Dai's daughter and they (Sihanouk and Bao Dai'daughter) had a daughter. When he come back to Cambodia, Sihanouk gave Cochinchine to Bao Dai or Vietnamese as a present to his girlfriend, the Bao Dai's daughter. Now the daughter of Sihanouk and Bao Dai's daughter work at Cambodia, it seems with Sar Kheng at Interior Ministry. Do you know that ?

Lork Sam Rainsy,

you know Hun Sen and the CPP Party are cheating. why are you and your party still want to participate in the 2013 national election?

what are you thinking? You don't need a college degree to think clearly, OK!

The CIA gives a telling population pyramid for 2012. Figures from UNICEF are for 2010 and be updated. But they are consistent.

We know Hun Sen and the CPP Party are cheating. why Sam Rainsy and Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP) still want to participate in the 2013 national election? Please see the following reasons:

Two scenarios to be considered, the CNRP will WIN the July 28, 2013 Election in either case:

1). If the National Election Committee (NEC) follow the recommendation of the UN special Rapporteur to Cambodia (Dr. Surya Subedi), USA, Australia, Great Britain, France, Germany, and other the European Communities, It should agree to reform NEC and allow Sam Rainsy to return to Campaign freely in Cambodia. In this case Sam Rainsy and Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP) will surely WIN the July 28, 2013 Election with overwhelming voters supports.

2). If the National Election Committee (NEC) does NOT want to make any change and insist on the STATUS QUO. It will be a big lost for HUN SEN and Cambodian People Party (CPP), because the election results will not be recognized by United Nations, USA, Australia, Great Britain, France, Germany, and other the European Communities; even though HUN SEN and CPP get majority of votes, because the votes are illegitimated in the eyes of international Communities.

Accordingly, in any events,

Sam Rainsy, Kem Sokha and CNRP will be in a WIN, WIN situation and

HUN SEN and CPP will be in a LOSS, LOSS situation.
