SIHANOUK beside allowing Ho Chi Minh Trail into our country he built his own SIHANOUK Trail which was EFFECTIVELY the powerful and strategical key to defeat American

It is a smear campaign by whoever publish it with the intention to shift the blame from Vietnam to US for current Cambodia problem. I bet the author are Vietnamese.

It is not a smer campaign. The reality is it was a fight between the US and Vietnam. Vietnamese intended to invade Cambodia since 1954-1976. US intended to fight the American-War from 1965-1973.
All the fightining was done in both Laos and Cambodia. Millions of lives were killed in the crossfire orchestrated by the Vietnamese leading to the Vietnamese invasion to both Laos and Cambodia.
