An internet conference buzzes with young Cambodians eager to hone their online skills. Meet the 'Cloggers', the Cambodian bloggers who write under the radar of government censorship.
In a studio that looks like a nightclub, we meet a DJ who's been jailed for criticising the government. Elsewhere, an editor explains how he keeps his staff out of trouble in a country where journalists face violence, and even murder.
But running under the surface of everything in Cambodia is the trauma of the past; a psychiatrist who refuses to be named tells of the human cost of Cambodia's culture of silence.
What Can I Say? is a documentary series exploring freedom of speech and democracy in South East Asia. The programs were produced in collaboration with the BBC World Service.
