I Agree with this statement, after 5 hours speech in parliament then King father got heart attack, PM accused king father of ceding Koh Tral to Vietnam. Hun Sen did not allow king father to respond to his 5 hours speech.
According to history record we never ever see our leaders before Hun Sen made official treaty to cede land and sea to Vietnam, Thailand, and Laos. King Cheyetha II did not cede land and sea to Vietnam because there was no official treaty between King Cheyetha II and Vietnam but Hun Sen did has official treaty with Vietnam to cede Koh Tral, land and Sea.
Hun Sen can abolish these treaties according to Peace Paris Agreement but he choose not to do it, He choose to cede Cambodian land and sea to Vietnam for his personal power.
This message shines the light on the truth. I am glad the author does not refer to the said person specifically because the dude is very slippery. Remember the case of Mu Sochua. Anyway, what is up with the number 5? K5 genocidal plan, the 5 hours border speech of Hun Sen, and the 5 attempts to burn the corpse of King Sihanouk. What is up with the number 5. Why is the number 5 chosen as the common denominator or the theme here. Let me go google the significance of the number 5 in the Vietnamese cultural context though.
