ភ្នំពេញ: ពហុកីឡដ្ឋានជាតិមួយដែលមានឈ្មោះថា «ពហុកីឡដ្ឋានជាតិមរតកតេជោ»ដែលមានទីតាំងស្ថិតនៅក្នុងខណ្ឌឫស្សីកែវលើទំហំដីជាង៨០ហិកតានិងដែលជាកម្មសិទ្ធិរបស់លោកឧកញ៉ាលី យ៉ុងផាត់ គ្រោងនឹងបញ្ចុះបឋមសិលានិងបើកការដ្ឋានសាងសង់នៅថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែមេសាឆ្នាំ២០១៣ មុនបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំថ្មីប្រពៃណីជាតិខ្មែរក្រោមអធិបតីភាពសម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។
លោក វ៉ាត់ ចំរើន អគ្គលេខាធិការនៃគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិអូឡាំពិកកម្ពុជា (NOCC) និងជាតំណាងគណ:កម្មការសាងសង់បានឲ្យដឹងថាពហុកីឡដ្ឋានជាតិថ្មីនេះត្រូវបានគូសប្លង់ដោយជនជាតិខ្មែរ និងតាមរចនាប័ទ្មខ្មែរថែមទៀតផងដោយអាចផ្ទុកមនុស្សបានជាង១០ម៉ឺននាក់ហើយមានបំពាក់តាំងពីប្រព័ន្ធភ្លើងគ្រប់គ្រាន់មានទីលានប្រកួតកីឡាបាល់ទាត់ បាល់បោះ បាល់ឱប ប៉េតង់ អត្តពលកម្ម ហែលទឹកដែលគោរពទៅតាមស្តង់ដារបច្ចេកទេសអន្ដរជាតិទាំងអស់។
លោក វ៉ាត់ ចំរើន ជាអនុប្រធាននៃអនុគណៈកម្មការត្រួតពិនិត្យការសាងសង់ និងអនុគណៈកម្មការវាយតម្លៃដីធ្លីនិងសំណង់ ផងនោះបានបញ្ជាក់ឲ្យដឹងថា ពហុកីឡដ្ឋានដ៏ថ្មីទំនើបមួយនេះនឹងសាងសង់នៅលើផ្ទៃដីទំហំជាង៨០ហិកតាដែលមានទីតាំងស្ថិតនៅភាគខាងកើតឆៀងខាងជើងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ (នៅតំបន់ស្ពានលោកឧកញ៉ា លី យ៉ុងផាត់)។
លោកអគ្គលេខាធិការរបស់ NOCC រូបនេះបានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា៖ «ផ្ទៃដីប្រមាណ៦០ភាគរយនៃផ្ទៃដីទាំងមូលនឹងគ្របដណ្តប់ទៅដោយតំបន់បៃតងដោយមានដើមឈើស្មៅនិងសួនច្បារជាដើម រីឯផ្ទៃដី៤០ភាគរយទៀត គឺជាសំណង់កីឡដ្ឋានដែលមានការិយាល័យនិងទីលានកីឡាចម្រុះជាច្រើន»។
ទាក់ទងនឹងដំណើរការនៃការសាងសង់លោក វ៉ាត់ ចំរើន បានបញ្ជាក់ថា ការដ្ឋាននឹងចាប់ឡើងនៅខែមេសាឆ្នាំ២០១៣នេះហើយលោកមិនទាន់ហ៊ានអះអាងថា វានឹងត្រូវបញ្ចប់នៅពេលណានោះទេ។ ប៉ុន្តែការសាងសង់នៅលើកីឡដ្ឋានដ៏ទំនើបនេះ នឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅជាច្រើនដំណាក់កាល ហើយការប្រើប្រាស់នឹងធ្វើឡើងជាបណ្តើរៗទៅតាមផ្នែកដែលបានសាងសង់ រួចរាល់ហើយ។ រីឯគម្រោងនៃការសាងសង់ទាំងអស់នឹងត្រូវបានត្រួតពិនិត្យជាលក្ខណៈស្តង់ដារអន្តរជាតិ។
តម្លៃនៃគម្រោងមិនត្រូវបានបង្ហើបឲ្យដឹងជាផ្លូវការឡើយ ប៉ុន្តែបើតាមវិស្វករជំនាញការសាងសង់ពហុកីឡដ្ឋានតាមបទដ្ឋានអន្តរជាតិគ្រោងចំណាយទឹកប្រាក់ជាង២០០លានដុល្លារអាមេរិកឯណោះ។លោកបានបញ្ជាក់ថា៖ «ក្រៅពីសក្តានុពលខាងលើ ពហុកីឡដ្ឋានមរតកតេជោមានកន្លែងអន្តេវេសិកដ្ឋានសម្រាប់កីឡាករ កីឡាការិនីហូបចុកស្នាក់នៅជាង៣០០នាក់ទៀតផង។

Don't you see that millions of Vietnamese are now everywhere in Cambodia and among those we don't even know how many are Viets military personel hiding in civilian clothes. I judged your level of IQ based on your writing. If Cambodia is your place of learning English your you choose the wrong place to learn. Your teacher must be local who know little of English and pretend to know more. You are wrong in accusing me of having connection with Sam Rainsy party. You want to know what kind of job I am doing. I am from Texas, USA and I am retired now with only $2000 a month pension. For the past 30 years I worked for one company with 150,000 employees world wide. My job ranged from Accountant, Computer programmer and Information Analyst. I have never been on welfare. From 1970-75 I worked a bank in Cambodia after graduating from Banking School located in Phnom Penh (corner of Monivong Blvd & Okhna Chun).

This is what the outsiders wanted us to do. To continue to fight each other until we are finished (killing two birds with one stone). A Pi and a Mike is their agent, his job is to make khmers kill khmers.
But in the end, everyone knows who they are as 'the truth will always be the truth.. you can run but you can't hide..justice will be done one earth and in heaven'. PM and OP leaders should think carefully about how to work together as a team and try not to listen to no one. The true is, both PM and OP has done alot of good works for our nation but lack of communication skills, that is all.
We know to learn from past mistakes and try to avoid future ones to ever happen again. In the past, we listent to outsiders like VC, Chinese, US, French, USSR etc. So, in the future, we avoid from listening to them but to our fellow citizens only. We need to unite our nation and say to the outsiders 'enough is enough'.
We must introduce a new law on how to practice effectively, e.g. 'focusing on the job, not personal issue'. Nominated person should be held accountable for their own action e,g why hasn't the road been fixed or why isn't enough school in town or why rubbish everywhere? etc
People should be paid based on job being done and no other excuses because life is not about you or me . it is about us, how are we going to improve, the way we live our lives? The rule of law should be able to protect everyone equally within the system. Therefore, please wake up everyone, we must learn to divide the job evently for all to help to develop our nation. Together, we can stand up tall and look up high. Please don't let outsiders fool us no more 'enough is enough'.
