I dearly respect all of Khmer heroes n prince Sirik Matak couragesness for their do or dies hard fought try to save Khmer nation from Youn expansionism n alls. Prince Siri Matak n okgna Son Kuy are two of a kind, they both try to be the heroes at the wrong place at the wrong time. For okgna Son Kuy his hero acts was to saved Kampujea Krom from Youn aggression n for that reason he let the Youn beheaded him so long the Youn allowed Khmer Krom to preserves the Khmer Identity, the resolved Youn had controls n slaughters Khmer Krom to this day. At all times when the sheeps in the lions den n try to negociate with the lions not to eat all the other sheeps, you had bark on the wrong tree. The same goes prince Siri Matak his heroism clouded his own good judgement he got killed by the Youn disguise as the Khmer Rouge. For me I would use the strategy live today fight tomorrow or sometimes coward do survive n restrategise your whole plans n fight another day, that y I respect Sam Rainsy for his smartness n his own good judgement. Because when you face jungle law, dictator n Youn control like Hun Sen communist groups of Cambodia like that, at all cause don't be to proud to be a heroe n don't be ashame to be a coward.

I agree with you. Even prince Norodom Ranaridt has dome some wrong in the past but prince Ranaridth did not gave Khmer Land Hun Sen at all, please understand this very well. This time we need to rescue Khmer land from Viet, so we need all Khmer nationalists included prince Ranaridth. Mr Kem Sokha and Mr Sam rainsy are knew this problem very well, when he accept the prince to take in the new party why we are against him? Some Khmers who are the participation of prince Ranarith, those who are knowing more than Mr Kem Sokha & Sam Rainsy? If we are really loving Khmers we must to accept this.

History repeats itself.
Everyone has to refer to the result after UNTAC election in 1993, what happened to Cambodia with the 2 billions dollars spent for our country?
Many of us have entrusted the future of our country to these power brokers who have no moral principle.
When they get the power to decide, they will introduce the same system to serve their personal need and greed.
The name of the party is meaningful but it will be meaningless when they turn to betray our goal to serve Khmer benefit.
These brokers would not choose to boycott the July election because they know that Khmer people has the very strong weakness of believing the fake unity and will embrace them wholeheartedly. And the CPP will still have the role to play in Cambodia politic by using their resources they have been stealing from the country and the people for over 30 years.
We'll see how AA MTESS PHLAWK (Ranaridh) and Kem Sokha will act when they have the power should they won the election.

At the UN with good and strong reference of Surys Subbadhi, We may have a good ground to ague about the bad governance with the NEC that totally side with CPP. Thus we can claim that the election is not democratic, fair and just as they have been stating to the national and international community.
However Kem Sokha and many Khmer activists do not favor the option as they still falsely believe the act of this risky unity will take Cambodia to a deeper trouble. As a matter of fact the Salvation Party would not be able to salvage Cambodia and Khmer people if they follow the path that is so obvious a trap.

It would be great and I do support if CNRP invites Prince Ranarith to be the Honorary President of the Party ? Although he had some problems in the past but he is still popular among old Cambodians people in rural area. Prince Ranarith had offered position: Minister of Economic and Finance to Lok Protean Sam Rainsy in 1993. Thus, there is nothing wrong to offer the Honorary President of opposition to Prince Ranarith. We must united all Khmer.

The opposition should keep on working to win the trust of our people. And at the same time they should also boycott the July election and work harder with the UN,the internal and international communities to set a date for another election that will not be controlled by the NEC and the CPP. The evidences from the 1997 coup d'etat plus the human rights reports eg. the unfair treatment to Mr Rainsy and Mr Sonando with countless abused to other activist such as Chea vichea... plus the irregularities from the 3 previous elections are to be tabled for the argument reasoning the boycott.
Now my question back to you, would the opposition have a gut to do that with Kem Sokha and some hard liners who are so blindly committed to the game that Hanoi and the CPP have been playing since 1997?
It's very sad indeed that many Khmer people have been using their emotion to do politic and lacking of critical thinking and analyzing skill.

Learn from the past and we will see the future, if khmers don't love khmers, no one in the world will.
