There is no clear information & reasonable doubt : Did Hun Neng's grandson drag the girl from home then raped her OR they went out , used drug & had sex together ? Nowadays , some Khmer teenagers in PPenh prefer copying from sex video . I went across a blog ( www. xnxx.com / Khmer ) a group of Khmer teenagers were happily having sex in hotel . These are the products of corrupt environment , peers pressure & parents ' indulgence of children .
If your daugther will be raped by HUN Panchabut, but Hun Neng and HUN-TO warn to shoot kill all members of your family, how do you do? you go to Police, you will be kill, you are quiet in home, they don't kill you!, who dare to help you? In Cambodia everybody scare HUN SEN and HUN TO!!!
HUN SEN have a lot of armed forces and ruled Cambodia with dictatorial power!
HUN SEN is strong already, no need you (3:02 PM) protect HUN SEN!!! because No one dare to counter HUN SEN in Cambodia, unless they will be killed or put in prison!!!

Great argument you both, yes this is the Hun'n Dynasty in Cambodia right now! This problem is worst than Saddam, Gaddafi and Assad.

Here is one story : Miss C has sold sex for over two years at Wat Phnom , Pnom
Penh . On one night Mr A who just came from the USA took the girl to his hotel ;
5 minutes later the Khmer police knocked at his door then handcuffed him . He was
not charge for soliciting ( which would be punished by fine & warning ) instead , he
was booked for having sex with minor= rape ( the girl is looked older than 18 ) .
Here is another one story of the needy and greedy : a man who wanted to be
slated as congress candidate brought his daughter to sleep with the head of his
political party .
The story posted is sounded fishy . No parents a the right mind let their daughter
go out at night with young wild boys of CPP top brass unless they are one of the
CPP who want money or promote themselve .
I have two beautiful daughters who are going to university . i don't let them go out
alone at night . They are very disciplined - they've always called if they have to go
any places after school . The rich wild boys often make trouble at the clubs or
public place . They've never broken people's doors .
There is no independent confirmation on that story yet ; there are hundred of NGOs
working , without fear of Hun Sen power in Cambodia .They are ready and waiting
to help people with crisis . There are also the UN human right group, foreign Embassies that the parents can ask for help ( with their help the newspaper lady
wo witness Mr Chea Vichea assassination & whom intimidated by Hun Sen hitman was granted asylum in free world ) . The girl's parents should go to Adhoc or Licado
for help .
