What a funny joke :):) fugitive Sam Rainsy tries to lie about the so called two good scenarios to a batch of unemployed and uneducated Khmer in Europe, aimed to persuade them to donate money to opposition party.
Although he is well aware that there is no way he returns to Cambodia before upcoming election but he lies that if he cannot attend the election, the international community will not recognise the government :) This is just rubbish. So far there is no any government ever says that at all. It is just fugitive Sam Rainsy's view and lying.
The Parliament already elected some members of NEC and NEC will not change as opposition demanding or follows the recommendation of the UN envoy (Mr. Long term tourist in Cambodia) at all. Further the so called the CPP members in Prey Veng province have been collapsed and come to join the CNRP is simple baseless and pure lying :):) This proves that besides lying there is nothing left for fugitive Sam Rainsy can talk to the supporters!! Please keep lying and screaming as much as you can. Only stupid people will believe what you say. Get that hopeless and coward fugitive.
