LEGITIMACY OF HUN SEN REGIME QUESTIONED
AT THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT

Member of the European Parliament (MEP) Josef Weidenholzer has recently sent the following question on Cambodia to Lady Catherine Ashton, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy :

Cambodian media have reported that for the elections scheduled for July 28, 2013 the European Union plans to send two technical support experts. They are supposed to assist the National Election Committee which has been rejected by all opposition forces and the civil society in the country. The National Election Committee has in advance of the upcoming elections in Cambodia deleted from the voters' list and robbed him of his right to stand for the elections Member of Parliament and Opposition Leader Sam Rainsy.
- What developments in Cambodia have led the High Representative to take this measure (to send the two technical support experts)?
- Has the Foreign Service of the European Union assessed and addressed the current situation regarding freedom of assembly and freedom of speech in Cambodia, which is an indispensable prerequisite for free elections?
- Is the High Representative aware that with this decision (to send the two technical support experts), the European Union risks being used as a fig leaf to provide an undemocratic regime with unwarranted legitimacy?

Hun Sen installed by the Vietnamese after the Vietnamese Invasion, then a further 10 years occupation under the Vietnamese force saw the K5 Planning Genocide lead by Hun Sen.
Showed that Hun Sen will do anything when requested by the Vietnamese, including countless land treaty and countless deforestation and secret meeting with the Vietnamese.
Even while Hun Sen is getting soft loans from China in 2012, at the same time behind closed door. Hun Sen had no choice but to obey the Vietnamese when they requested for further Land Treaty 2012.
Cambodia cannot have freedom while Hun Sen is killing its motherland in favor of power, inclusing keeping any threats outside of Hun Sen's Banana Kingdom.

Thank You Mr. Josef Weidenholser for your concerns over the fragile situation in Cambodia.
Hopefully, the EU will be able to convince the puppet Hun Sen government to do the right thing by overhauling the NEC and let Sam Rainsy to return to Cambodia.

We know Dictator Hun Sen owns Cambodia.
Hanoi owns Traitor Hun Sen.
The most effective change must be made by and from the international community.
That is why Mr Sam Rainsy, Mrs. Mu Suchua and Mr. Kem Sokha are making their cases on
behalf of the CNRP.
The CNRP is planning to participates in the upcoming election ; if the CNRP wins
the election which is organized by the controversial NEC , will the government ruled
by CNRP be legitimated ?
CNRP should boycott the election if the NEC is not overhauled otherwise the
international community will accept the " Fait accompli " as it has done in the
last 3 mandates .
Cambodia had been under Youns' plan since Sihanouk, Pol pot, and Hun Sin but khmers are so stupid and dumb to know this.

The world will not recognize the puppet government of Cambodia and so,
we khmer people will have chance to have a new government very soon.
Now the world wake up because ti sees the truth clearer.
Please all khmer people united in the only one opposition party
to condemn the puppet.
Hun Sen does not care if the world recognize his government or not. If too much pressure being placed upon him, he will shut the door and beat the dog. Look at Pol Pot as an example, he kicked all the foreigners out, killed two millions of his own people through overworking, starving, killing. What did the world do? Sit down relaxed, and did nothing. Hun Sen, if feel threatened will use the same tactic as Pol Pot, no matter how crual it is to remain in power so as to avoid being hung and face the same fate as Saddam Hussein. When that's happened, Cambodia will be in blood again and Viets will take that opportunity to finish Khmers off completely. When that time come there will be no more Khmers to fight each other any longer.
Look at disgraced Mu Sochua and fugitive Sam Rainsy. Both have enjoy holiday in Europe in expense of supporters money. Will European Union can help fugitive Sam Rainsy returns to Cambodia? I don't think so :) Remember, the lobby of opposition to European Union and other foreign countries is nothing new. It is the old song that fugitive Sam Rainsy has sung all along since he ran away from Cambodia. But it doesn't work as he wishes at all. Please keep lobby and crying out louder, you are surelly live in exile for good
This is very helpfull to Khmer peoples and the Cambodia as a whole, but it's uncivilize to Ah CHHKUOT Pi Anh & Ah CHHKUOT Hun Shit.

For one thing, he might as well hand in his power in a silver platter to Sam Rainsy.
